Large. Have a little of everything. Machine weights, Hammer machines, dumbbells, free weights, bumper weights and more. Friendly trainers like Jason and Wes. Helpful staff like Brian B and Brandy

24hr gym at $10 a month. Not even "24hr fitness" is open that late..... Great gym with mostly brand new equipment. There men's locker room needs a quick remodel however.

You get what you pay for. Trainers think they are so great but lack the necessary skills to actually be a trainer. The place isn't clean and the employees don't keep it picked up. Those guys are getting paid to flirt with members, text, and chat.

Equipment is in pretty great condition. However the mens locker room smells bad of gym socks. Also if you enjoy showering with several other naked dudes 2 feet away from each other you'll love this place. I am on the other hand not trilled. I work long hours in the dirt and I would really like the convenience of showering privatly prior to work out without driving home across town for a shower.

Close to home, affordable and a variety of machines to choose from, although it gets packed around 5pm. I try to go earlier, less crowded.

The gym is a lot bigger than the one in downtown! It is also 24/7, which is perfect for people who aren't running on a normal schedule. They have benches, squat racks and a deadlift platform, but it is limited. So expect a wait some times when you're trying to work one of those exercises. They also contain some random strength exercises such as a giant tire, sled, and punching bag which is amazing in my opinion. If those are not your thing they also seem to have a dance room, but I don't know how often it is open. Saunas are also a thing here!!

Because of the sauna and they only open a sauna at 10 which I think is a little unfair because people try to get in and out quickly with a full workout and their sauna that's why I give it three stars

This place used to be okay to work out at it is absolutely disgusting people leaving garbage everywhere no one picks it up would not recommend getting a membership here

Pros: the location is great, 24 hrs, modernish equipment, price point is good.
Cons: peak hours suck, some of the amenities like lockers, the sauna and even the front door are very dated, locker room is filthy.

I workout here 6 days a week and the women's sauna is never open. Like why am I wasting my time paying vip when the sauna room is never open and on time.

Clean and cheap. Annoyances like handles on the ellipticals being crooked, and all of the cardio equipment being really old keep this place 3 star.

nice staff.. lots of equipment.. can get full but nothing crazy.. only complaint is the need of new equipment.. most of the equipment is old and just needs to be replaced not "fixed" but I would recommend this place to anyone i know.
