Great place to play with your family and friends, so many things to do and try. There is a dodgeball area, ball pit/play place area, a suspended obstacle course that runs the length of the facility, an arcade, and they even have ramps up to the main trampoline area. We have so much fun.
This is a great place for kids of all ages. Come jump for a few hours or do a party there. It's nice to just sit and relax while they wear of energy!
Loud with music and kids. My g babies enjoy it. Ages 5 and 7. Food is decently priced. They keep party area clean. Prices are higher than some like but its entertainment for kids . Parking spaces are filled fast but there is parking on the street also.
We loved it! It's not the fanciest trampoline park we've ever been to but it was still a lot of fun! And the price was outstanding for my toddler and I.
We just celebrated my nieces birthday party at Fly High and I have to say it was one of the best choices we made this birthday. They were so easy to work with from the reservation to Sasha and those in staff tonight being so friendly and helpful. It was nice to show up and the table was so nicely decorated and they cleaned up after it was over. All the kids had such a great time. Thank you for making this stress free for me and fun for all my guests. Definitely recommend and will very likely be back!
Just went here for the first time today and it was great, it really exceeded my expectations. And the prices are great. We've been to Urban Air in Reno and I found this place much better for younger kids, and they're open at 10a midweek which is amazing for stay at home moms like me. There's a lot for every age kid to do age 2 and up. They even have a zone for smaller kids and a Ninja zone for kids over 48". The staff was nice and helpful. We happen to go Friday morning and they have a parent and tot deal that was awesome. We drove down from Truckee, I only wish we had something like this up there. I'd highly recommend this to any parent!
I really enjoyed going here with my family! They all had a great time! I enjoyed the course they had it has different types of courses that challange different part of your skills! They have dodge ball, basketball, parcore, and just regular trampolines it was fun definitely recommend!
We had a great time here. It wasn't overly crowded when we went on a Tuesday night for a family birthday. We didn't do a party or anything, so the amount of seating was limited; but we only needed seating for everyone to get shoes off and on and during water breaks.
Only had two complaints. The drinking fountains weren't working so we had to get water from consessions a cup at a time.
And the cost seemed a little steep. We did get the Tuesday 2-for-1 special and got an extra hour free, which helped soften the dent in the wallet a bit.

This place is great for adults and children. I dont recommend messing around on the trampolines because you know how kids are... that's just asking for a hit to the groin. I do enjoy the dodgeball arena and hand swings, they are actually challenging even for a man like me who likes to get out. There is also a warp wall, and an obstacle course above everyone below that which has a lot of ninja type courses throughout. Definitely a go to for kids of all ages.

Tons of trampolines, a foam put for little ones including a slide, a ropes course/ninja warrior course for older kids, dodge ball room, basketball hoops, it goes on and on. Great for kids of all ages. We left exhausted!!

This place is a blast for kids and adults! I took my girlfriends brothers here while they were out here on vacation. After we left it was all they could talk about. They have a lot of different things to do its not just jumping on a trampoline. My favorite is the dodge ball set up and the free fall. Highly recommend this place for a easy and fun activity for the kids.

LOTS OF FUN, BUT VENDING MACHINES AND GAMES WERE ALMOST ALL BROKEN AND WE HAD TO BE REIMBURSED MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE OF FAULTY EQUIPMENT. KINDA FRUSTRATING
Fun for all ages, what I do not like is that adults or young people go to the area designated for the children and could hit someone, the employees who are there checking the place do not say anything about this.
My daughter loves this place! My only complaint would be that it's always hot inside the building, but oh well!
Fun place but the foam pits smell like urine and the staff just sits around on their phones.
Great place to take the kids! Has more options than some of its competitors. I was one of the only adults playing on the park but it was well worth the money! I will definitely return.
Good jump place with some ninja warrior features. No a/c. Best when not over crowded. The entry is at the far end of the building so it is best to turn on to Stanford and use the last parking entry.
Fun place to tire out the kids or for good ole family time. I little pricey for an hour of jump time especially considering the condition of the warehouse. Some much needed upkeep in the dodgeball pit is leaving fiberglas insulation all over the trampolines. This paired with the bare foot rule is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Kids loved it, tons of stuff to play on even for adults. Lots of ninja warrior type stuff. Had a blast!
Good, clean fun! Well maintained and supervised trampoline park. Bathrooms left a little to be desired but in all fairness, it was a super busy weekend.
My niece's love this place they have a special for $20 you can jump from 9 p.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday and there seems to be a lot of older Rowdy teens during this time so if you have smaller children during this time you might want to keep a really good eye on them the kids always seem to have a great time here though and beg to come back we've had a birthday party here too and it was great
Great place to bring the kids and to have birthday partys. The only downside would be the parking. They definitely need to to clean some of the equipment more. The spiderwall was ridiculously greasy and there's no way you could even use it. Half of the arcade games are broken, but you don't come here to play games you come here to jump. Overall a great time.
Feel like a kid again! Parents, plan to jump with your kids... It's a blast and a great work out too! Cool place to have a birthday too!
I took my son there yesterday! It was his birthday and that's what he wanted to do! He loved it so much he didn't want to leave! I am loving this place, it's about time they started to make places for the kids to have fun and get exercise at the same time!
At first glance upon entering their were soo many kids and people running around. I thought it was going to be crowded, but no they time you by the color of your wrist band. And its even out, plus the place is so big it kinda didn't matter. My kids had a blast!! I don't know why I didn't come before. Only thing I thought about beside parents parenting their own children was why didn't they have more staff walking the floor to keep an eye out. Will definitely be coming back and plan on a birthday party in the future their. Kids fell asleep on the way home all pooped out from jumping! Great place for them to let all that energy out.
I've been to several trampoline parks here and there. This one is quite nice. There's an overhead obstacle course that really takes the cake. Everything is clean and in good shape.
I went for a birthday party. The kids had alot of fun. It was a little expensive (I thought). The employees were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Fly High.
It's a great place! The staff are friendly and really make you feel welcomed. They do a good job of keeping the facility clean and not to mention how clean they keep their restrooms. Also the area is really big and spacious for everyone in the family!! Way better then the other trampoline place. Will definitely be coming here more often and I recommend for anyone

I was surprised how clean everything was. I was also impressed that the staff would walk around to make sure that the rules were followed. Really great place and would go again.

I'm only reviewing the place because of how they treat my son, Gavin, who works there. He claims they are the best employers ever and since he is always working there or hanging out there, I would say they are a safe, fun, place. I asked my son where he spends his off days and he said, "FLY HIGH". Sure enough I sneak and check on him and he is there.......having a BALL with my other son and friends. Thank you so much for providing a safe place for kids and young college adults such as my sons!
Lots of fun had a party there and my family along with my 1 year old loved it. Family friendly good for all ages. And great party pizza!!
