I was 12 years old when I was on the ignite cheer team. While I was on the team they offered me to cross over to a higher level which I was very excited about. I would say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I'm 17 years old now and still remember being told I was the reason the team did so poorly in front of the whole team. I was intimidated by the coaches and felt completely unwelcome. I 100% do not recommend this gym. I also to this day still remember being yelled at and harassed in front of my whole team by my coach (Megan Dowty) about me missing 1 practice because I had the flu, an ear infection, and pink eye. I was embarrassed and wanted to cry. After that I quit the team and didn't feel bad about the consequence of me quitting. I was paying to be there and they treated me like they didn't want me there, I would cry almost every time after practice. I hate that place and still do to this day.
