Dropped in from out of town for a quick wod. Great box with great people. Will stop by when in Reno again. Even got a sweet shirt!!!

This place is like a home away from home. Everyone here is like family, they cheer you on and the coaches make sure that you are on point. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a gym.

Awesome facility Great coaches Friendly environment. If your just in town for a few days and looking for a box to workout at, or looking for a gym to call home, this is the spot.

We stopped by Crossfit Bangarang this weekend for our daughter to complete the 18.5 Open workout. They were so friendly and accommodating! We loved the layout of the gym and wish that we lived in Reno to have this be our place! Our girls will be back this summer and definitely will come back!

I have been working out with Ian for last eight weeks and he is awesome. He trains specific to your needs and will build strength and awesome speed. Couldn't ask for a better trainer.
