Trevor has helped me through injuries and continues to help me prevent injuries, build muscle and bone strength as I age into my 50s. I am definitely in better shape now than I was in my 20s. I truly look forward to work outs. They are hard, really hard, but I always feel stronger, healthier, and in a better mood after. Plus, Trevor and Lauren go the extra mile to make sure the gym is family friendly and more about community and reaching your personal best -- regardless of whether you want to compete in Cross Fit or just be able to do the activities you love for the rest of your life.
I would suggest this place to anyone with an interest in overall fitness and conditioning with real-world applications, be you a beginner or more competition-minded.
Just recently started here. I was looking for a box where I could begin getting back into shape, without getting judgement from the dude-bros who are all about their gains. Trevor really seems to know his stuff, plus has a great attitude and environment to get fit and/or stronger. The other class members are very welcoming and encouraging even though an AMRAP with squats on my second day there nearly broke me afterwards.
So come give Classic Fitness a try. Its a nice, clean box with professional staff and a good vibe.
Trevor is a top-notch instructor who runs a top-notch operation. The facilities and equipment are awesome, but Trevor is what makes Classic Fitness a great experience. I'm probably one of the least athletic people on Earth, but Trevor was able to motivate and educate in a way that was never intimidating or over-the-top. The different tracks that Classic Fitness uses means that there's a daily program that matches everyone's fitness goals. Definitely check it out. I cannot recommend Classic Fitness highly enough.

I joined Crossfit Thumos looking for a way to build strength, get in shape, and stay motivated about my fitness goals. Trevor has helped me exceed all of these expectations. I attended the "getting started" session after going for my free workout. This course introduced me to how Crossfit works and how to safely do common movements. I was also able to prepare a personalized nutrition plan, which maximizes my work put in at the gym. Trevor is a great trainer, and he will work with you closely to always be making improvements to hit your goals.
I have been going to Crossfit Thumos for about 4 months now, and I absolutely love it. It's the first program I have ever stuck with long enough to see results. Not only have I been getting in better shape every day, but my stress levels are way down and I have tons of energy. I even recently was able to take a 3 day backpacking trip, something I couldn't have done without the strength I've developed. Trevor is amazing. He pushes hard, but is very encouraging in the process. You can ask him as many questions as you want and he'll take the time to give you the information you need. I love the community here and look forward to my classes after a long day at work.

Been going here for a little over two years now. I've gotten a lot stronger, faster, and made a lot of new friends. Crossfit can be intimidating at first, but I've never felt like that here. Great community. Plus I can go before work and shower at the gym so I don't have to go home!
