I've been going here for 3 years and over my fitness journey have lost 75 lbs! Motivating instructors with a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend if your over boring regular gyms and work outs!
I had my first class today with Bailey and she was amazing. Showed me the proper technique and corrected my movements when needed. Super clean and friendly place.
This place is amazing! The facility is very clean and organized, the staff is warm, welcoming, helpful and energetic. The setup is top notch and cutting edge. I absolutely love this place. Best 45 minutes of my day! You gotta try it, you'll love it!

I travel to Reno 2-3 times a year to visit family and I am SO glad I finally found an amazing place to keep my exercise routine exciting and fun during my stay. Classes at Escape are more than just a workout (and they are quite the workout)... they are fun, energetic and exciting. Bailey (the owner) did an amazing job thinking through all the details of the experience, from an easy way to pay and sign up for classes (on their app) to the branding of the place, to the fun names the classes have ("Post Weekend Cycling"). Best part: icy-cold wet towels at the end of the workout to help you cool off. I'm totally addicted and try to get as many classes as I can every time I visit Reno. I even got my husband to join me and he's hooked as well!
Was really fun. We did the boxing classes and the idea is cool and the work out is better. The pricing is typical, but you can do the boxing classes or the cycling class. Good for those of all body types and fitness levels. The instructor is super friendly and helps correct your movements to insure proper workout and so you don't throw out your back or something else. Place is a group workout where you share a punching bag and is much better. I felt like it was testing me. Pushing me to the limits. Try it out and see if you enjoy it as well.
The boxing classes here are AWESOME. Black light and loud music put you in a workout zone while the trainer kicks your freaking ass. Each class starts with a warm up - weights, bands, squats, etc and then you go into the boxing portion. It's great cardio and muscle building.
