this is the BEST yoga place i have ever been to.
all the teachers are very nice & experts besides from beautiful . very clean, organized, on time!
the only complain i have is, i had the private lesson for $300 supposed to be for 3 hours but Melissa the owner only spent 30 minutes & the rest are just talks! So for those of you who plan to have private lessons make sure to get your money worth!!!!
otherwise Melissa is very very nice , she will help you with ALL the yoga needs to the fullest!
Melissa is an extraordinary yoga teacher and she has surrounded herself with a group of equally amazing teachers. When I walk through the door of Temple Yoga I feel right at home... and I believe you will too!

Beautiful studio with dedicated, passionate instructors. Also centrally located, which is crucial for me to do lunchtime yoga and still get back to work in a reasonable amount of time.

I have been practicing yoga for about a year now, and visited Temple Yoga while in Reno visiting family. The class was far better than any I have ever been to, and I know that I will be dropping in whenever I come back in to town! The instructor was incredibly kind and inviting, the practice made me feel grounded and powerful, and almost best of all I paid $10 for a two hour class. Highly recommend!

Temple Yoga is my Om hOme. I love the ambiance and I love the teachers. Very welcoming and clean. Compassionate and helpful teachers.
Great place to focus on yourself. Love the instructors plus the lunch class is perfect. Great to fit in a session when on your lunch break. The price is perfect too!
