Yoga is for every body and The Yoga Center is one of the few places in town that recognizes this, offering classes for people with physical and developmental limitations along with a class focused on PTSD. It's wheelchair accessible and the website says they offer classes in English, Spanish, American Sign Language (ASL) and Signing Exact English (SEE). Other studios could take a page from The Yoga Center's book on inclusivity.

Katie is an incredible teacher with a wellspring experience. My wife and I have been to many classes and always found her practice to be the perfect blend of connection, vigor, and restoration!

Katie offers a safe and inviting studio to go deeper into a restorative practice! I felt refreshed and renewed after her class. If you like to move, please give this yoga studio a try. You will love it! And so will your body!

I've been to both yoga and meditation classes at the yoga center and love the space, building, and instructors. If you're interested in a studio vibe that is relaxed and welcoming, try a class!

They are closed on Sunday, but they have a towing company troll there parking lot towing everybody. 220 dollars later I am boycotting this place and telling everyone.
