Looks nice, but doesn't take my insurance, so no water exercise either!
Google insists I have been here 2 years ago and I can assure you that any gym is not were you'll find me. I've perfected my ability to avoid gyms and most places resembling a gym.

Soft towels, awesome equipment, motivated staff. This place is the best in Reno hands down.

The therapist I see at pool is very good at helping me get up and nd et srarted with the rest of my life, give me a lots of help.

Great staff, clean machines, saltwater pool and qualified help available all the time.

This small town hospital is that... SMALL. You have to call several times to get a hold of the operator for the love of god!! why?!! Hire more dispatch people!!

As far as gyms go this one is great for me. It is a mellow gym with mostly older people. It has 3 floors. On the first is a kids center, lobby, salt water pool and changing rooms. They also have seperate mens and womens saunas and hot tubs in the changing rooms. Second floor has free weights, weight machines, all kinds of cardiovascular machines and a track. Third floor has all of the classes like yoga, spinning, Tai Chi and HIIT training.
