I always enjoy going there for a workout. One of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. Not too crowded. The other gym goers are generally courteous and practice good gym etiquette. The staff there is always friendly and helpful.

Great gym. Clean and all the machines, equipment and free weights that you need. I only wish they had one in Kings Beach, Tahoe
