I have amazing workouts at this gym! They have a plethora of equipment for a good variety, a track and a cardio area if you don't like the track. There's the dry and wet sauna, an exercise and lap pool, and a jacuzzi! Basically most thing you wish to work on is possible here. All in all, experience it! I recommend it!

Signed up yesterday, they charged me $199 for 1 year. After working out they stopped me and said they charged me the wrong price and wanted me to pay another $250. The contract had already been signed, so I talked to the manager Matt. He said its not a valid membership and they won't uphold the contract and I have to call corporate to cancel and get reimbursed my $199, which takes up to 10 days. So not only did they mess up, but now I have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. Terrible business dealing in bad faith. The customer must uphold the contract, but not the seller.

Cheap! Clean! Modern! Great Classes! Fun and packed kids Playroom! For $20-30/month, wow what a bargain. I also go to Lifetime Fitness in Summerlin, which is $220/mon - real nice high quality gym, but for the price point LVAC is truly a fantastic bargain for its quality.

Great place for cardio or strength training! If you can't find a machine or weights to get the job done here, then you are just looking for excuses to go home. Great price, great staff, clean facilities!

I'm now a regular because I absolutely love it here the staff, personal trainers and instructors are very knowledgeable and Elsa who teaches cycle class is amazing!!! And it's definitely the most affordable out of all the gyms I've tried in Las Vegas!!

Matt St George, Manager at LVAC on Decatur has 0 customer service skills. Both my husband and I have been members for YEARS (at least 16 or 17 yrs), today i show up with my 16year old son to sign him up. Wouldnt even budge on allowing him to get a freaking towel without trying to charge me more!! Way to take care of your long-time clients LVAC, what a joke

I love this location. I generally attend the classes and they're so motivating, fun, and such a great workout. I also love how they're always 24/7. I work crazy hours, so being able to get in a swim at two in the morning and then get a post-workout smoothie is just awesome!!!!

Not as crowded as other locations. People don't really stare at you and mind their own business. The water fountain near the stretching station tastes like chlorine, so I would rather refill my bottle at the weights area.

This place is the best! The employees are super friendly, they know me all by name just about, from the front desk, to the juice bar, to the kid care. I always trust my little one is safe when she's in the play room, and they do crafts with the kids too. My daughter raves about the fun she has in there. The employees behind the juice bar are awesome, they make your smoothies perfect, and the food is really good too. Everyone is just really friendly:)

Best place to work out, been a member for 23 yrs. Most honest health club membership ever. I've belonged to many health clubs in the past 60yrs. and LVAC is the best in every category.

Total upgrade from the other lvacs it's super nice. I go here all the time now. I love it! The upstairs walking track is 6 laps to a mile. There's always parking.

In terms of equipment there's a lot. No good place really to do deadlifts, and since the gym is so busy, you may be pressed for a while to find a power rack. The rest of the amenities are really nice though, and the membership is super cheap.

Very nice gym. Called to inquire about rated and more importantly what they had as a military discount. I was asked to come in and assured they offered a military discount. Well, if you consider letting us out of the 2 year contract if the military moves us is a discount... very disappointed..

Just joined but so far I am enjoying it. Great Staff love my personal trainer Bryce he is great. I haven't had any trouble with any of the equipment yet so all in all a good experience so far.

This is the best gym i have been too. Not because it's the fanciest or the most hard core lifting gym, but because it is the perfect mix of value to what you get. The juice bar area has good food and smoothies too. They are way over priced but they taste good. On top of that, there is tons of eye candy all over this gym.

Childcare: my 7 and 10 year old said they've heard the staff cuss a few times in front of children.
Outside: always trash everywhere and people taking up two spaces for their car.
Atmosphere: Way to busy all the time. Yes they have a lot of machines but it being packed all the time doesn't help. I feel like they care more about making money rather than having happy customer that can actually work out without feeling suffocated. The weight area is a joke. Nothing is free. People wait in line to be next. You have people sitting on a machine just hanging out on their phone. People leave trash everywhere and on machines.
Customer service: I've asked questions that staff can't answer and don't care to help find out the answer for you. Mostly teenagers talking. That's great you wanna scan my card but why can't you help me with a question or a concern.

Best price. Half the price of some places and they have the most classes. Always open. Love this place. Even have child care if I was willing to pay.

One of the best gyms I've been to! Friendly staff at the front desk, bathrooms always clean, great selection of machines. Can see the strip from far away from a certain area of the gym

Very welcoming environment. Matt at the North Decatur location is one of the best employees. I scheduled a tour and one of the biggest reasons I signed up on the spot was that he was more interested in knowing me and my needs than he was getting me to sign up. He never mentioned pricing until I asked. The child care area is great. Their security policy makes me feel safe about dropping children off to go work out.

At the time of writing this is LVAC's flagship property. Have been going from it's opening week and it is maintained just as well as it was sense then. Equipment is always cleaned and in working order, people that work here and work out here are willing to always nice. Excellent gym.

Very big and new. I like how its not so busy around the time I go. Love the bathroom design and cleanliness of the whole gym. Definitely recommend trying.

the gym is great place to workout new and clean machines unless you leave you cell phone behind on a machine . it may get stolen then to find out who did it you must get a court order subpoena to have them check cameras. i lost all my pictures of my kids baby pics of many years from my sd card . please people return items if you find them to the front desk.

The equipment is nice, for a brand new gym it should be.I live 3 blocks away, My name is on the wall as a charter member yet I let my membership expire because this place is a joke why should I pay for a membership and these perks when I can't use them when I say something to management it gets brushed off. The free towels were great but paying for personal trainer is a waste of money you might as well take cash in and give it to them straight up, that seemed to be the preferred method for getting a trainer and like I said going to management was pointless I'll find another gym where they actually care about their customers

The gym is wonderful but the childcare on the other hand is a different story. I have a 9, 3 and 18 month old and getting a reservation in the baby room is always a challenge. On Monday I was actually able to get one at 10:30am which I was stoked. Dropped my children off and headed to start on the treadmill. When I turned on the TV to watch them play while I ran I noticed they put my 18 month old in the crib. He was not asleep but he was tired so I thought maybe he will go to sleep. After watching these ladies rock the crib back and forth for 20 minutes then just roll the crib into the corner I became very upset. He was not crying so I was not going to be the crazy mom and race down to raise hell but after another 5 minutes of him being ignored and other babies playing with him outside of the crib I went down to find a manager. He seemed concerned and said he would call the supervisor right away. I went back up to the treadmill and watched to see the outcome. My son had now started crying and one of the girls took him out of the crib and just set him in the middle of the floor. I once again turned off the treadmill and headed to the childcare. As I left the manager said that she told him my son was asleep but that they went ahead and took him out of the crib.....WHAT?? If he was sleeping, why would you take him out of the crib? Oh that is because he was not sleeping. Do they forget that I am watching!!! As I walked into the childcare to get my kids I hear one of the girls state "He was sleeping, what does she want us to do, watch over the crib while he is asleep?" Ladies and gentlemen I then, lost it. He was not sleeping and why would you put an 18 month old in a crib awake when he is perfectly capable of playing with the other children. I hate that this experience happened, my older kids enjoy playing there and I love the gym. It is also around the corner from my house but I will no longer workout at this location until my youngest is out of the baby room.
