The staff here are friendly, however the LVAC company has some pretty unethical policies. Please do your research LVAC has thousands of instances where they seriously mess up, and then blame the client due to their "you signed the contract" BS. When I sign a contract and adhere to it, I expect the same from the company.
I was using this gym and it was great. But once I moved and asked them to change my address and cancel my membership it turned into a nightmare. They continued to send statements to my old address and then put me in collections. They blatantly did not change the address or cancel the membership, even when I provided all the necessary documents to do so. It was very frustrating when I found out after 6 months after of thinking I had cancelled everything responsibly, and my credit score dropped, that nothing was done that I asked. I naturally reported them to the BBB and called multiple times to speak to a manager. They insisted it was my fault, even when there records showed a request for address/number change and documents scanned in that I was moved for work. It was a horrible, and so infuriating being told It was my own fault the address wasn't changed, even though I jumped through all their hoops. The facility is great, the staff are nice, its the management and the way they conduct business that is so unethical.
