Never packed which is good. I absolutely hate the weekend hours have to drive to Eastern gym sat and Sunday. Nothing too new in there but everything gets the job done.has that nice local gym feel. Staff is friendly.
Dated. A.C. very low. No comfortable. Needs a lot of work. New machines. Etc.
Best time to go is early in the morning. It is fairly not overcrowded and it is usually the same group of people. I've been continuously going to this location for the past 4 years. My schedule recently changed so the best time for me to go is now at 4am. Lately this has been an even more awesome experience as Joy one of the nicest lady's in the front makes me feel spoiled as she has memorized my member ID :). This gives me that extra motivation every morning to stay consistent with my routine so Joy doesn't forget me.
Unfortunately, I'm doing them a benefit by even giving them 1 star. I had membership here a few years ago and canceled for personal reasons. I tried joining again Friday when I was told that I owed $1000+ for cancellation fees, which is crazy because I remember paying cancel fees at the northeast location. I have since been trying to contact the supervisor Patty which was always "too busy", finally I tracked her today which she started off by yes I received your voicemail just didnt call you back. I explained to her that I did paid and she replied with I may have paid but it wouldn't have canceled membership because the only way to cancel membership is by moving out of town and providing them proof. I asked to speak to someone else because of her attitude she then proceeded by she is the only supervisor, which isn't true because I've been told 2 other supervisors by other representatives. I'm hoping when I call back tomorrow to speak someone else I get better customer service. All I'm trying to do is resolve this matter, not pay a ridiculous amount for something that's not my fault.

My least favorite LVAC location, the equipment is old and it is a fraction the size of the other locations.
Smaller than the bigger locations but still good for a quick workout

They ripped me off. They told me I could cancel my membership even gave me a card with the number to call, but they conveniently didn't tell me I only had three days to cancel. So now they screwed me into a two year contract.

In all of my years going to gyms, Las Vegas Athletic Club - E. Flamingo has the friendliest staff ever. And the locker room & showers are ALWAYS clean, unlike several other gyms in NV .

Great place to work out. Friendly staff. Juice bar is decent. Nice swimming pool
Too outdated and small. Left early because it was a bit uncomfortable. No women's gym Sure could use some renovations. Would rather take the longer drive to the northwest location or even central.
Not my favorite lvac. Super crowded and the layout isn't good
No women's gym, no day care, you're better off making a better functioning sauna/steam room in your own bathroom. Parking is always full. The walls and glass are cracked and it seems to look gloomy like they haven't 'dusted' that place in years.
The staff here are friendly, however the LVAC company has some pretty unethical policies. Please do your research LVAC has thousands of instances where they seriously mess up, and then blame the client due to their "you signed the contract" BS. When I sign a contract and adhere to it, I expect the same from the company.
I was using this gym and it was great. But once I moved and asked them to change my address and cancel my membership it turned into a nightmare. They continued to send statements to my old address and then put me in collections. They blatantly did not change the address or cancel the membership, even when I provided all the necessary documents to do so. It was very frustrating when I found out after 6 months after of thinking I had cancelled everything responsibly, and my credit score dropped, that nothing was done that I asked. I naturally reported them to the BBB and called multiple times to speak to a manager. They insisted it was my fault, even when there records showed a request for address/number change and documents scanned in that I was moved for work. It was a horrible, and so infuriating being told It was my own fault the address wasn't changed, even though I jumped through all their hoops. The facility is great, the staff are nice, its the management and the way they conduct business that is so unethical.
There's a lot I don't like about this location, it's very outdated, lockers are warned out, floors are a bit dirty. What I also don't like is the hours. The things that I like is it's closest to me, this is where I go when I only want to work out for half an hour. It's close and it's efficient. But it's time for a renovation, guys, it's been like over a decade.
Go to one of the other LVAC's, worth the drive to go to the Green Valley location.
You worst nightmare ever!! They steal your money and they just say "it's in the contract". They charge you fees between $15-25 for everything. They condemned you to a contract of 24 months and you have to pay around $500 to leave it, $35 to change the amount of payment, $25 for 2 days late payment, $15 for change the method of payment. When you call to Customer Service they don't care to be fair and don't treat well the customers. They're a really pain in the ass!!
Filthy dirty showers, there's mold growing on shower doors. The floors in pool room look like they haven't been cleaned in years!!!
No one EVER CLEANS this place is a health hazard stay away!!!
