Great facility to workout! They have good trainers that demonstrate their fitness knowledge and will guide you to the appropriate routines to achieve your fitness goal! Loved it!Great gym. They have everything I need to workout. They have all equipment in working condition & even though it is a busy location, there is more than enough equipment for everyone.

Best atmosphere for powerlifting hands down. Owners are always striving to keep members happy. Super friendly atmosphere with a ton of knowledge throughout.

This place has friendly people and everything you need for Olympic lifting or powerlifting, and they also have some strongman stuff like atlas stones and a yoke.

This gym is awesome. The atmosphere is great, everyone is extremely friendly. The 24 hr access is perfect for my schedule.

This gym has all my powerlifting needs, even being a beginner in powerlifting I don't feel intimidated by the many experienced lifters that are members. If anything, people are more willing to help you and give you advice compared to commercial gyms where everyone avoids making eye contact. The stronghouse gym owners are extremely hands on and open to speaking with members whenever needed. 24 hour access is just a bonus on top of everything else!!
