Tracy is the best and everyone else! So friendly and sweet love everyone there I always had the support they make you feel beautiful and sexy! Signing up again just to get good workouts in!

I strongly suggest any woman out there to try a class here to gain some self confidence and to try something new that they never thought they could do. The self esteem boost is worth feeling silly at first!

I laughed so much at and have the best memories from coming here for my birthday! They do a very nice job of organizing everything for large groups and make sure that we have a good time. Thank you for your hard work!
