I will never ever book with Monte Carlo. Everything is closed, they have this little tiny casino area....no pool....no spa....no shopping ....no place to eat or grab a snack. What a waste of a vacation. They should have a dedicated website for state your complaint cause we don't care...40 dollar resort fee... LMAO.
