Wonderful spa & friendly staff services
I was hesitant to get my hair done because I hadn't read many reviews about the Salon. I had a wonderful experience Kerrie was so nice and did a wonderful job on my hair.
Cool gym. More than enough treadmills and elliptical machines. Missing barbells, but they have dumbells. Enough to get a decent workout.
I was really exited to have a spa day. I had reservations for a manicure and pedicure w/ email confirmations and received phone confirmations the previous day. When I arrived 30 mins prior to my time as advised, I was told they didn't have one of my appointments I was scheduled for so it basically wasted half of my day. Even with email confirmation, you are not 100% guaranteed the service. I did get a candy bar saying they were sorry for the inconvenience as if they really cared.
Wife has a pedicure, she's happy, so that's all that matters.
The excellent therapists, estheticians, and cosmetologists at NYNY Spa and Salon consistently provide a wonderful and relaxing experience. Several hours of pampering at the spa is a "must" for me each stay. I highly recommend the NYNY Spa and Salon since it is one of the many reasons I have stayed at this great hotel for over 15 years.

I am a Vegas native and whenever I have relatives visit us we always take them to the strip to experience Las Vegas. Last time I was there, we booked a hotel at the Luxor, it's the famous black pyramid. While the rooms were cheap, they did look a bit dated and worn out. But the good thing about our stay was the Spa discount. Me and my sis had the best hour of our lives just sitting there and getting pampered. The first time we went there, it was closed. Looks like it's not 24 hours anymore. I would definitely go back there if they still gave away the free Spa credit.
The spa and massage overall was good. My girlfriend and I got a couples massage. The transition from the woman's lounge to the massage area was awkward for her as she had to walk through the gym. Knowing that we might have looked at other spa options.
The massage room was small but the two therapists were very nice and made us both feel comfortable. The massage was "good" but didn't feel outstanding.
The men's lounge was very nice. It's clothing optional. It had a sauna, steam room, showers and jacuzzi. The lounge also had a TV area.
This spa is ranked #4 in North America by Conde Nast!
