Great instructors, patient & super friendly. Las Vegas is lucky to have such a great Iyengar studio.

Aileen gives such individual instruction. Each class is like a personal physical therapy session. I have a muscle and joint disorder and this class is my salvation.

Aileen, the main instructor is a treasure that Las Vegas is LUCKY to have. Plain and simple...she is a top level 25 year + Iyengar instructor who with dedicated practice will take you far on your path of yoga. This is NOT a teacher with a 200hr certification. Those of us who study with her know the treasure we have. I have been to other places with nice floors, pretty decorations and if these things are what your practice is about then this is not the place. This is a place to LEARN yoga from the best Iyengar instructor in Las Vegas period. I enjoy other styles but Iyengar is the Latin of yoga.

I was checking out the studios in Vegas and stopped in here. The class was okay but I would not come back. The classroom is really small and not decorated at all. There is nothing inviting here that would entice me back. Even if I wanted to come back a larger problem is they have the tiniest class schedule. They only had 7 yoga classes on their entire schedule during the week I visited. I think learning correct alignment and using yoga props is helpful when you are studing yoga but I have found excellent instructors at other yoga schools in town who stress these same things.
