Great employees. Constantly cleaning. Equipment in need of repair. Broken equipment goes months with out being repaired or replaced!!! They just hang signs on equipment telling you it is broken. If you sign up for ten dollars a month it is a fair price for what you get. If you pay more ten dollars, you are over paying for what you get!

Good place, not amazing, clean and you work out. Price is right. Staff I can't say, very little interaction with them. I have nothing good or bad to say about it. I didn't give 5 stars because it wasn't wowing. It's a gym.

So i have been at this gym 8 month my son has lost alot of weight started to live a healthy life style i go work out with my sons sometimes daughter i have nothing good to say no more about this place im hurt that my words are Falling on deaf ears last night the girl that works thier named Lexi gave me a dirty attitude for the third time .talks crazy to me even yelled at me. I told Her where was your customer service skills at then she stood quiet while when I was leaving the gym she was already outside she was getting into a car with 2 other people they waited in that vehicle for 2 to 3 minutes watching me to see what car I was going to get in to when I was with my kids at this point I'm not even going to get into my car every night I go to Walmart after the gym so i said lets just walk to Walmart bcause I don't want them to know what kind of car I drive they pulled up wasn't even a parking spot all 3 of them got out one of them pops the trunk got something out then all 3 were standing outside of the car smoking cigarets so obviously they wanted to fight Lexi who works in the gym started calling me names cussing at me the passenger also started saying something derogatory things i told them why dont they just drive away why are they watching me they start yelln things i willnt post it was that bad so i said im going back in the gym having them pull the camera's call cops i get in the gym tell the staff whats going on one of them runs outside to see whats going on this was at 1025 she was outside talking to them tell 11i wasnt leaving that gym untell something was done one of the managers came in she had me Wright a statement i was still at the gym at 1155 this is crazy to me that a employ with a car full of people wanted to fight me outside. Also she told me she knows where i live so this isnt ok i havnt heard back from no one from the gym at all its like whatever to them . so be very aware if you make some one mad thier they can pull your address phone num credit card num. I did not want to have to come on here and say what happen last night but when I call the gym this afternoon the young man that I spoke to brush's it off and told me that the GM already knows about it and there's nothing that he could do I asked him for corporates number he told me he doesn't know it I asked him how do I transfer my membership over to another gym he said he don't know this is unbelievable. Cameras don't lie it shows that she was waiting for me when I walked out those doors and I'm very appalled that management doesn't care so it's more important to keep an employee thats ghetto wants to fight outside . Over losing memberships you have an employee who's threatening your members so I'm pretty sure I won't be the last one i know others have noticed the change in the way us MEMBERS have been getting treated i told the young man on the phone give me Corporates information so I can tell them what happen if not then I'm going to post this on Yelp and Google and he said go ahead so I'm going ahead so GM thank your staff member that told me today at 3pm to good ahead and post what happen . Now i need to find a new gym for my family and I

Ok . This was a total surprise for me . Area that it is in is not the most desirable. But wow you walk in and completely a pleasant surprise . Machines TV's all are new layout is huge . All the equipment you could ask for and more . Staff is nice .Crowd is good. Not to busy not too slow . Always machine or equipment available. My new go to location

I love this place. Affordable no contracts. Very clean. 24-hours. Close to home. Great customer service. Free wifi. High tech equipment. The black card $21.00 mth. membership is awesome. You can bring a guest for free as often as you'd like. My favorite favorite favorite part is it has message chairs, hydro message table, tanning bed, and several other nice additions.

Great gym that isn't very crowded. They have tons of cardio machines (treadmills bikes etc.) but are pretty slim on actual work out machines. They probably cater to people that are trying to slim down and stay healthy.

Good gym. Always enjoy my workout there. Only complaint is that they don't allow me to bring my guest to use the black card spa. I think it should be extended to at least 1 guest per membership.

I love working out here. Everything is great except the majority of the employees do not greet or even acknowledge you when you check in or leave. Not even a hello. Too busy on their cell phone. Other than that, it is a nice place to workout.

I SIGNED WITH THIS GYM WITH MY SISTER TO BE TOLD LATER THAT I COULD NOT USE SOME FACILITIES I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE MANAGER NOBODY EXPLAINED IT TO ME HE STARTED SHOUTING AND SAYING HIS EMPLOYEES MADE A BAD JOB AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT ! THE MANAGER LOOKS LIKE HE WAS ON DRUGS HE EMBARRED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY THERE ! KARMA WILL MAKE JUSTICE

I hate everything about planet fitness, except the size and price. They say it's a judgement free zone. But right next to the sign it calls out body builders and judges them. I also move a lot and I've had an incredibly hard time changing to a new gym. You would think since they're all the same name it wouldn't matter. I would love for another national gym to open in my area.

The largest and best equipment of all locations in Vegas. This location has new equipment is clean and almost double the size of some other locations. Tanning and red light therapy beds are new. Most locations don't even have red light therapy. The issue is stuff never gets fixed. You will notice bulbs burned out in tanning beds and music No longer works in 1/2 of them. Telling someone at front desk does nothing. It's also clear they don't change bulbs regularly since bed #1 has 8 bulbs burned out going on the second month.

Love this location and the staff. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It can get a bit busy in the mornings, but you are usually able to get on the machines you want without too much of a hassle.

Got kicked out because my picture didn't show with my membership card didn't show my picture. I showed the manager my ID, but then the bullying had begun, I got called name called, harassed, stalked to my car, and kicked out for the third time for the same reason by the same low class general manager named DEJUR! Avoid this "gym at all costs the "bullying" never ends the employees need a class in customer service or human behavior.... he /she was the only manager who gave me problema at planet fitness, but he has a little gang of bullies that like to stick around him all the time. Everyone please be very careful at this location or consider another gym please, for your own sake!

This is a pretty new facility. Not yet two years old. It's clean and well maintained. The equipment is in great shape. A nice mix of ages and fitness types. Friendly staff.

This is a great place gym and the price is right. Though it has become very popular since I have started going there I still haven't had a problem with waiting for the machines that I use. The people who work there are helpful and friendly.
