This location is great. Really clean and the associates were very friendly. Not as busy as most places which I like.

Took a minute to figure out but the shower water is wrong. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Other than that it was pretty clean and very well kept.

Sign-up was simple and quick. Employees are friendly, and the gym is nice and clean. Very pleased!

My last few months here haven't been a experience worth writing home about. The management here lacks. There is a young manager here that is hardly qualified to do her job, She is rude and her appearance is not one that exemplifies what a gym can do for you. Choose a different gym. They serve candy in the counter and pizza. SHAMEFUL

What is this "Lunk" thing??? When I workout, I usually go all out and with that, comes grunting and other workout noises. This place doesn't allow such a thing! How the hell am I suppose to exert more energy without expressive grunting that usually accompanies exertion? The prissy types can have this gym.

My girlfriend and I have memberships to this place. It's okay for a gym. The weight selecting is pretty apartment complex like. If you live at a picerne property, you're good to go with their weight room as it is. Just saying.

Can they turn the volume down for fks sake? The music is too loud and usually playing some annoying song. And how about changing the color scheme...depressing purple mixed with a gloomy black.

This location is decent and close to my home, which is cool. The staff is usually nice and Tony was really awesome in helping me set up a fitness program. I'm mostly bummed about the hours on the weekend. I work a typical Vegas job where I don't have weekends off, so I can't come and work out after work most days. Hopefully they consider changing their hours to match up with Vegas lifestyle!

Older gym and smaller. Not as many machines or work out equipment (not much multiples of certain ones), older equipment and no black card spa area. Maybe they could renovate it a bit, but it is wholesome and quaint and the employees are friendly.

Just an ugly gym, hate the atmosphere, staff is ok, not really nice but not rude. Quit my membership within a couple months

I was a member until the owner thought it best to terminate an employee for being on her cell phone.
Well gosh mr.owner, did you ever think that just maybe there was a good reason for that? The employee that was fired was on her phone because her father was in the hospital having surgery to have a tumor removed from the front of his brain. Her mother had texted her to give her an update on her dad's surgery.
Mr.owner, do you feel tough now? You got to destroy a girls life for your own personal issues. Cassandra Rodgers was the best employee at that gym. Everything always so clean and the best part about her, was her always happy friendly attitude every time I walked in the door.
I refuse to be a part of a business that treats their employees or anybody like s#!&
Mr.owner, you bring Cassandra back, I'll continue my membership at your gym.
I think I'll visit every social media web site and make sure everyone knows what horrible person the owner of the gym is.

No games, no gimmicks...just gym. It may not be the fanciest but you get the same basic workout in as you would anywhere else and the price is right.

I moved to Montana on August 1st. I was told not to cancel my membership because they have one here. They do not. I have now mailed in 3 letters trying to cancel and I keep getting charged. For 6 months I have been trying to cancel. Not only that but today I was charged for another yearly fee?!?! I just want to cancel my membership!! I called to talk to someone who worked there and not only were they no help but they hung up on me. I just want this to end. Somebody please help. I am stuck in the gym membership hell and will be paying them until I die. Maybe even after that.

Honestly disappointed with the staff, and the equipment maintenance. Half the time pieces of equipment are broken or missing parts. Now when you inform the staff of these issues, they stare blankly as if to say "Uhhh So what do you want me to do about it?" Overall there are better locations than this one.

This location is not the worst in Vegas but also not in the top either. They sell generic drinks like Costco brand Vitamin Water but charge full price. They don't have red light therapy and the tanning booths are older. I'm not even sure they change the bulbs when they should, since one has been burned out for almost 3 weeks. The staff is always friendly and the gym/locker room is normally clean.

Most of the PH's are the same, but kudos to the staff for the cleanliness at this location. Its pretty much spotless every time I visit.
Edit update on 09/17: Lately they've been out of soap completely in the men's showers and restroom, the sink counters are very wet. Every time it rains there's a bucket somewhere in the area catching water dripping in. Seems like the attention everything was getting at the beginning is starting to wear off.

This is a great place to workout. The equipment is nice and well-maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful.
