A more mindful practice. Warm, connected, accepting, supportive, intuitive, spiritual & fun. Priorities are correct and in line for guided person growth in a community with depth & wisdom.
Yoga Now is an amazing place for self care. I have attended several different sessions and have found healing in every one. One time it was a safe place to give my thoughts a rest. Another time I was able to open my heart and mind. Every time I feel safe and confident that the instructor will have my best interest in mind. Thank you for being so great Yoga Now instructors.
Welcoming instructors and soothing atmosphere. Very clean and nice-looking studios. They provide you with all you need to practice. This place has become one of my favorites. Community classes by donation are worth the price of a drop-in class. Very highly recommended!
The Qi Gong and community yoga are great ways to get a feel for Omaha Yoga and Bodywork Center - they are by donation classes but are both worth the cost of a class here. The studio is clean and inviting, the staff is helpful and the students are from all walks of life but all very nice.
Where do I even begin ... This studio has helped me grow and heal in so many ways! I am so grateful for the welcoming and inclusive nature they show to each and every student that walks through their door. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this amazing space and the teachers that are a part of it set a wonderful tone for you to take time to go inward and really connect with yourself while connecting with the community at the same time! I would highly recommend this studio and am forever grateful for this safe space!
I love everything about this studio. So much so, that I volunteer my time at the studio as a karma yogi. The teachers and classes are amazing! I went through yoga teacher training in 2012-13 and it reshaped so many aspects of my life for the better, health being the big one. Additionally, I love being able to dive into more education opportunities that the studio offers, such as learning about the yoga sutras or Ayurveda.
