I like that there are a lot of ellipticals and treadmills. I also like the fact that everything is new. I used to go to a gym where the equipment was worn down, but that's not the case here. The bathrooms are also very new and clean which is such a game-changer!!! The staff here are also really nice and always welcoming and helpful when I have any questions.

Ive been coming here for 3 years. The staff is always nice and friendly, they gym is kept clean and the locker rooms and showers are really nice. Love this gym!

I love that they are relatively the same everywhere you go in any state. They are set up a little differently and some have more ammenities in the women's room. Can't beat it for $20 a month for unlimited membership. When I travel to Tucson this last year, I stopped and got to stretch out workout take a shower, and get back on the road. and after driving the rest of the way I stopped And used one there.the $20 membership I buy it also includes the massage chairs and my favorite HydroMassage beds, as well as tanning

The gym itself is good. Take note that if you try to change your payment method online, they only allow your checking/savings account!! I don't think so! You have accepted my credit card for almost a year and now you want to force me away from being a customer only for wanting to update to my new card? Accept credit/debit cards from your customers as it is almost 2020 now.

My boyfriend and I have been members for several years. It's always clean and decent. My complaint is on the customer service end. It's almost impossible to get a hold of a manager. They are only their during the day apparently at the 84th and Giles location. I work all day and don't get home until almost 6. There are plenty of times that we haven't used our monthly membership whether its due to laziness, or small injuries on our part. We have been missing now since about May. My boyfriend had shoulder surgery and has a knee replacement coming up. I have an injured shoulder as well. This time, since we will be out for a larger part of time I asked if we could freeze our account. I did this one other time for my daughter when she was injured. They did it no questions asked. This time the girl told me she had no idea and went and asked a fellow employee. She didn't seem interested at all in helping to figure out our situation. She quickly came back and said you both have to have a doctor's note to freeze the account. But you can always cancel your account and just restart when you are ready. That makes me quite angry for one, I just paid my yearly fee just in June, two, I will have to pay a start-up fee (initiation fee) again, which she told me the amount changes every two weeks, and three, I'm assuming will have to pay another yearly fee. I think it was more the fact that you expect me to do all the leg work (Do you know how hard it is to get a doctor's note for something like this? Plus, is it really any of your business what's wrong with us? HIPPA ring a bell? I just wanted to put our accounts on hold until we were able to rehab and then we had every intention of coming back full force to get fit. Also, I feel like the kids that work there are more concerned with talking to the "beautiful people" and texting on their phones. Whenever we go up to get waters or tan we always have to wait for them to finish conversations. I get that it should be a fun place to work, however, there is a time and place to flirt. Maybe not when there are customers waiting to be served. Long story, I realize, but we cancelled our memberships last night and I DON'T plan on coming back. It was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. I'm not chasing down managers while I'm at work for them to say I need to come and speak to them in person when they are never there when I can be there. I think I hear Blue Moon calling my name...

I'm torn on this. For $25 a month with no initiation fee, you get hydromassage chairs, tanning, half off all food & beverages, full access to all locations, and the ability to bring guests. On the other hand, the gym is a complete joke. No squat racks or presses. I literally have to deadlift, squat, and bench in a smith machine. Overhead pressing with a barbell is out of the question because the smith machine doesn't go high enough to accommodate it. Basically all the core fundamental powerlifts that make you strong and healthy are banned from the gym. Claims of being "judgement free" are dubious considering there's a giant mural above their free weights (that only go to 80 top f***ing kek) dedicated to making fun of "lunks"; people who have gallon water jugs and wear tank tops. Remember guys it's only cool to bully people nobody likes. Candy up front as well and apparently pizza days? This is a -700iq gym but I'm poor. 2/5

I have visited all of the Planet Fitness locations in the Omaha area. The LaVista location is by far the cleanest. The staff is very friendly anf helpfull. A top notch work group who truly care about making the members workout a great experience. Thank you for all of your hard work. You are the best!

Gym is always clean and tidy. Whenever I go the gym is not too busy however the equipment is limited. There are only 4 upright bikes and usually when I come and it isn't busy there aren't enough available for me to use. Also, the popular weights (10/15lbs) are very limited. There have been times when none we're available for me to use and again it was a time when the gym wasn't busy. Did bring a treadmill maintenance issue to the front desk and it does not seem to be resolved. Will give 5 stars for a response on these issues.
Edit: Was contacted by the general manager. Treadmill was maintenanced. They wouldn't purchase more equipment but offered a personal trainer to help diversify my workout. So, not the perfect gym for introverts but most of the time it is tolerable.

It's a good gym go to just don't like the muscle heads is starting to come there now. Better to go at times when it's not as busy

Hot water has been resolved . Staff is friendly and professional and always there to help the members. Equipment is up to date and well maintained. Facility is clean and well maintained also

Best gym around Papillion/La Vista area. Price is Right, place is clean, equipment is kept in good condition. There is some equipment that I would like to see and maybe a few less cardio pieces. Word is out though and it is getting busier, harder to find a time that isn't busy.

It's a good gym. The best PF in the Omaha area, in fact. Lots of cardio equipment and a decent selection of weight machines. The lack of free weights takes away one star, as well as the condition of the restroom/shower area. It's not filthy, but could use more frequent attention. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but maybe management needs to update their cleaning policy.

The gym is very clean and every member of the staff is nice and helpful. I have never experienced a time where I could not get on a machine because it was too full. I also have never seen a broken machine. Everything is taken care of and respected by the staff and members.

Over the past 2 years, struggling with weight and back pain due to two herniated disks, I've struggled to stay on top of my health and physique. Tasha and other staff had made my visits to planet fitness something to look forward to. After every workout I am asked if I want to use the massage bed. It is what brings relief to the long day and sore body after my workout. I have been pleased with the facility and staff since day 1 and Tasha, who's been there since day 1, her friendly smile, helpfulness and engaiging conversations brightens my day when I enter and exit the guy.
