This is my least favorite location for snap. I have gone to this one, the waverly one, and the highlands location over the last 2.5 years. There is never anyone working at this one which probably explains why owners are impossible to get ahold of to get a membership. The water fountain has been luke warm for as long as i can remember and the roll out mats for doing abs and such are torn up and smell disgusting. This one seems less well kept. Could definitely use some TLC here.

Some machines don't work. Not crowded though.

This gym is very clean. The staff is friendly. There are several treadmills, ellipticals, lots of equipment and free weights. The diversity of equipment is excellent. The other attendees are also friendly and helpful, if need be.

I have tried and tried and tried to cancel my membership here!!! I have sent emails, I have called, my husband has called and yet for the 4th month in a row they have taken out my membership... seriously stop f-ing charging me for your crappy gym!!! You have literally stolen $150 from me, on top of that I was led to believe that I would not be charged until a month after the first time I used my trial.. never used said trial because we moved shortly after I signed up..

This place is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone even just to GET a membership. I have tried contacting for days.

I highly recommend that you do not join this snap fitness. I have been a member for the past 5 years, while the first couple years were okay the past 2 years has been awful. Every time I walk into this snap it smells of bodily fluids. The bathrooms maybe get cleaned once a week. Over 90% of the machines were there 5 years ago when I joined, the carpet is tworn up and has visible stains. Over the past week the heat has not been working, today it was 51°. I understand things break but what I can't understand is how a week later its still not fixed especially with the freezing temps we have had in Lincoln. If you sweat it freezes to you and we all know what that leads to. When I tried calling the manager of this location I constantly am directed to the voicemail which is too full for me to leave a message. Poor management! I'm advising everyone to take thier business somewhere else, even if that means driving a little farther. Can't wait until another gym pops up in this area, ill definitely join!
