Great place for people of all levels of fitness needs! Staff is top notch & very friendly! They continue to improve the facility! Great place!!
Facility and staff are great. The locker rooms are really nice as well. Really only went there to swim laps so I can't speak for the gym equipment. Had to cancel membership because it was too high for me to only be using the pool. Wish they had a way to offer a cheaper price for pool users.
The facility is good but if you like basketball you are out of luck because there is one small court and it is rare i have a chance to use it without being kicked out for some dumb class they have going on in the gym
I'm so happy to have found Prairie Life. Friendly, helpful, no pressure staff. Outdoor pools stay filled past public and neighborhood private pools. Open late. They treat me and my daughter well. Great group classes. Easy to enroll in swimming for my daughter. We can both use the hot tub. Ample showers, towels, parking. Self serve ice water station. Always 3 or more dedicated lap lanes outside. Relaxed atmosphere.

It's a very good training center. Chelsea is an amazing zumba class teacher. They have a bunch of workout exercises. The teachers are good professionals and it a good place to make new friends.

I will be moving on after my contract is up. This place is always filthy and I have not once gone to work out and been able to use all the machines I want because of broken unmaintained equipment. It's quite a bit to ask me to pay a $40 membership and have these problems.

Love taking the family to Prairie Life. Keep the little one occupied at the indoor or outdoor pools w lifegaurds.Great trainers and workout equipment, indoor track. I really enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and/Or steam room after a workout depending on my mood. Don't need to being your own towel as they provide as many as needed!

Hair dryers and curling irons in the women 's locker room--I love this place! Great indoor pool, plus outdoor in summer. I'm a happy member!

Best gym in Lincoln, hands down and it's not even a contest. Has everything a gym should have for an affordable monthly fee.

Great place for families. The staff in the childcare area are great with the kids. Swim lessons gymnastics dance and other classes all available for kids. The facility and bathrooms are always clean. Free WiFi though the speed can be a little spotty during busy hours.
Open late, lots of machines an indoor track , pools, sauna. Nice staff and been around for a long time .
