My daughter has been going here for three years now. And she has learned and grown so much. Her teachers work well with her and push her to do her best every practice. Love this place!!

We love it here, the staff is very kind and helpful! My girls have made major improvements since switching to their clinic, we are very happy here!!

Capital City Gymnastics was recommended to us, but we left very disappointed. They don't foster the "I Can Do" attitude instead they select a few that can accomplish the task and leave others behind. I discussed issues with the staff and they acted concerned at the time. Registered for two sessions and that was enough.

If anybody wishes to have their child learn gymnastics I would definitely suggest them.. they truly care about the children and the kids really listen and learn from Coach Duane.
