The gym equipment is good for the most part, there are a few pieces that could use minor repairs. Customer service could use some improvement, I called to ask about a $30 late fee, and when I asked to be taken off auto renew so my contract wouldn't continue, I was told they couldn't babysit me because they had too many members. Not a surprisingly personable experience, I wish I could cancel the contract so you can handle your existing members.

Better pure strength equipment than a lot of ATFs. Generous toys in the functional area, same Anytime spottlessness.

This is an ideal gym. All the equipment is hammer strength and life fitness as it should be. Plenty of equipment and everything is kept really clean. Only thing I didn't see was a hack squat machine but most anytime's don't have that.

Awesome gym. Plenty of equipment -- including a heavy bag and TRX bands! -- as well as cardio room.

I have been with Anytime for a while as well as having multiple other gym memberships in Lincoln. Recently I've been very disappointed with the change in Anytime. With new ownership/management there's bound to be some hiccups, but this seems much worse lately.
For starters, the tanning bed almost NEVER works, and when it does, there's always at least a couple bulbs burnt out. This is a simple, easy fix and I'm still wondering why anyone should be paying for "tanning" when it's so faulty...not to mention that you are restricted to one gym tanning location.
The stationery bike was broken for weeks on end. Other gyms I go to make sure to have equipment fixed within days of damage. I don't know why this one takes so long...
The worst part is the word-of-mouth complaints I have heard from other members. I have had multiple friends mention that the new management has tried to change their existing contracts, or persuade members to pay more for a lesser service. I don't know the details exactly, but just that this has happened to multiple people I have talked to. This seems way out of line to me, and I know these people to be credible sources. I'm just hoping this doesn't happen to me.
Overall, it seems the new owners are more concerned with making money and cutting costs, than keeping their members happy. I miss the old days, not for the nostalgia of it, but for the quality...I TRULY Hope things turn around soon, as I do like the Anytime Franchise and have had many pleasant experiences in the past.

Good gym but over priced membership. At the same rate you can go to the YMCA as an individual and get more for what you're paying for. After learning these price matches I am not satisfied

I love Anytime Fitness. It's a no-nonsense gym. I love the fact that not only is it open 24 hours so that I don't have to wait inline to use the equipment but it's a place for serious exercise and focus with no children running around.

If anybody sees a big guy named Andrew there tell him if he wants inspiration to learn how to do the stupid human tricks I was doing. He needs to check out barstarzz on YouTube they have guys his size doing crazy things on the pull-up bar.
