TFL is a wonderful place to get a great workout and build your faith all while building a strong community of people that are there to support you through everyday life.

I love this gym!
Great facility, staff is amazing too! Almost half the price of a lot of other gyms in town!
The community within the gym is awesome too! Everyone is so nice and supportive, no matter your fitness level!

I love this gym!!!! I've been going for a little over a year, and the experience has been so good for my physical health, and my spiritual health. I am so glad that I went out of my comfort zone and walking into TFL!

As someone who used to do sports, Trinity Fitness was just what I needed. All of your workouts are given to you, so there's no guess work on what you need to do that day. As soon as you walk into the gym, you will experience a community atmosphere and be welcomed by all!

What this ministry has brought to Lincoln is completely unlike anything that's ever been seen here before. Combining fitness and the love for Christ truly allows each individual to grow healthier and stronger in both a physical and spiritual aspect. The relationships that form within these walls are incredible and something that everyone should definitely experience first hand!
