I absolutely love Fit4Body Bootcamp..the workouts are different everyday. I have never felt stronger and more fit in my life. The instructors, staff and the members are incredible. They are definitely building a great facility and atmosphere. A must try if you are looking to have intense, sweat filled workouts!!! I recommend this for starters or those that have worked out for years.

I lost 25 lbs! And 6.7% body fat! At 53 years of age, the classes made me feel great and definitely gives me more energy. I gained some muscle tone and flexibility. It is the best way to exercise!

Great community, great trainers! I have seen great progress and I am just starting week 4! The meal plan has really helped me be mindful of my eating schedule and has definitely increased my energy level!

Great atmosphere and great trainers! Different total body workouts all the time! They push you to be a better you and encourage you throughout the workout!

I've really enjoyed my experience here so far. The workouts are challenging and they push you so you'll truly get stronger. Exercises that felt impossible the first week are now a lot easier to do, like box jumps and squat jumps. This program can help even those who have been training for years but need a push and want to mix it up. I'd highly recommend anyone to sign up for the 6 week challenge regardless of fitness level. Thank you Matt & Chris!

I was nervous as could be to start a Boot Camp but Matt made me feel so comfortable and made me believe in myself that I could do this. Before I walked in the first time I never thought I could do a Boot Camp but I DID and I love it! I am over 50 and overweight but Chris, who is the BEST trainer ever, helps each one of us accomplish our goals. If it is something that you can't do (just yet) Chris will modify the exercise for you. I would recommend this place to any and all who want to change their eating habits and workout to lose weight and/or gain muscle! Matt and Chris are the BEST and they both really want each of us to succeed!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've lost weight, inches and gained muscle and I love it!! Thank you both, Matt and Chris!!

I'm finishing up week 3 of my 6 week challenge and its been great so far! The initial sticker shock has dissolved and I feel a lot more comfortable being here. The coaches are really nice and I haven't ran into any other challenger or member that I would rather not meet ;) The classes are energetic, fun and totally worth the burn!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quick but effective workout! The price is worth it for a better, healthier, fitter you!

I've been a member since the opening of this location, November 2015. Absolutely love this place. Every day I am greeted by name; I've been a member at most of the big box gyms and the personalized attention here can not be beat. The work outs are tough but that is exactly what I'm looking for in my workout since the class is only 30 minutes. Every muscle gets challenged and every day is different. My favorite thing about this gym is the focus on fat loss and not pounds lost. This is a gym to get strong and healthy.

Great workout!!! My husband used to say I don't push myself hard enough. Well, he was correct but not anymore!!! The workouts at Fit Body Boot Camp are quick paced, works lots of muscles, and you can modify if needed. I'm feeling stronger and more fit than ever before! I'm GLAD I'm doing this for me!

With many class times the North Lincoln Fit Body Boot Camp makes getting a workout in easy even with a hectic work schedule. The trainers have diverse workouts that challenge all levels of fitness. Atmosphere is upbeat while also personalized.
Need extra motivation or advice on how to become a better you, give North Lincoln Fit Body Boot Camp a chance to help you improve.

There are so many things I enjoy at North Lincoln Fit Camp! First of all, the instructors are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They remember your name, and can make suggestions if you are struggling with a specific exercise. I really like that your workout is complete in 30 minutes, and other class members are fun and encouraging to be with. I have been attending for over a year, and the workouts are always different, so that keeps it fun and challenging!
