what a wonderful place. you will not live in fear of harassment for personal political and religious views. All were welcomed to this gym

Nice, rustic atmosphere to exercise in. The owner/personal trainer is extremely knowledgeable about all relevant topics. He provides a great intro for beginners and plenty of challenges for experienced clients.

Convenient location for out of town visitors. Workouts were good but they were not explain and coaches didn't make sure everyone knew the movements. The usual crossfit community also wasn't there.
