I have always loved practicing Yoga but did not like the eastern religion part of it. Here I am free to exercise my body and my love of the one true God all in my practice of Yoga.

Amazing experience. The scripture was just what I needed, calm and relaxing atmosphere, kind people. Very uplifting.

I LOVE Laid Down Life Yoga Studio. I feel at home here it has been life changing for my body mind and Christian walk. I enjoy meeting new members and building friendships. I can't wait for the new REFIT DANCE classes they will be offering soon. What I LOVE about this program is it will be songs I like that have a great beat. I don't have to worry about their songs being inappropriate with language. Best of both worlds. You can work out in a family friendly atmosphere and YOU will see results physically and mentally. Come join us!!
