It is clean and friendly. Has lots of equipment. Don't have to stand in line for equipment. Trainer is nice and helpful. Price is good.

Lots of variety, multiples of popular machines or variations of, and equipment is nicely spaced out. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. I like the multiple locations in Springfield so never have to go far to work out, and when I visit out of town if there's a PF there I can use it as part of my membership.

I love all the amenities that you get with the black card. Definitely worth the extra cost. Also I love the fact that there are enough machines so that I never have to wait to work out. The staff at my preferred location are always smiling and are very friendly. I love going to this gym.

Planet Fitness makes it easy to come and go as you please. It's affordable and the staff are friendly. Because of their friendly atmosphere and no judge attitudes, I got my husband to come and join too. He's enjoying it too. He's finally excited about losing weight.

I never thought I would join a gym, but my mom talked me into joining Planet Fitness. I'm so glad I joined! It's been great. I really like how helpful the staff is. Everyone wants to help you succeed and that's really reflected. It's a good, judgement-free atmosphere.

I love the friendly staff! No intimidation REALLY is a thing there! It's great to see gym members cleaning their equipment and staff also cleaning. My back loves the hydro massage bed. It's worth the $20 black card membership even if that is the only thing I came to the gym for! My one wish is for group classes... The lack of classes is why it's so affordable, so I won't get upset!

No pressure, friendly staff who remember you. Nobody bothers you here. I'm comfortable here even in the middle of the night. The hydro-massage chairs are wonderful.

Didn't think I would be into the theme that this company promotes, but I love it. The equipment is very well maintained and staff are beyond polite. To make positive changes you need a positive atmosphere. This place has it in spades.

This gym is full of liars! I heard four different stories about the annual fee. I was charged overdraft charges because they lied about when they take the money out of my account. When I called to ask about it the lady told me some of their people get the fees, "mixed up." Then the manager basically called me a liar and did nothing to help me. He seemed like he couldn't care less. So now I'm down $70 because of their carelessness and unprofessionalism.

Meanwhile, the 4 beta cucks trying to work out will swarm new members to prove they're not beta cucks.
Paid my membership on July 17 for $20, then was told on the 1st they're going to charge another 40 on August 1st, plus I have to pay the membership again on August 17.
Nowhere near as cheap as they claim.

It's a decent gym at a cheap price.
There is a lot of cardio equipment, many weight machines, an extensive dumbbell set (with benches), four smith machines, and a cable-weight area. There is also room to stretch with mats provided. Sadly, there are no barbell weights (other than a puny rack-mount set). It is also a very busy place on a regular basis, and because the smith machines are the closest thing to a barbell bench available, people frequently camp out on them -- spending their entire workout on a smith machine and making it difficult for others to work in. However, with the mutitude of cardio equipment available (treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals), I have never had to wait to use one.
There is also a lot of eye candy. Depending on your attitude, you may find this pleasant or distracting. But there is a lot of skin (and tight clothing) on display every day.
The staff maintains a thorough daily cleaning routine and is always reasonably friendly.
I would like to see the addition of barbell weights. Towels for personal use would also be a welcome addition.
For its price point, I doubt a better gym can be found.

5 stars because of the comfort level I have here.
The price is the best in town. The facility is always clean, the staff is always available, maintenance is kept up.

By far the cleanest, most well kept gym I've ever been to. Full staffed 24/7 except thanksgiving I think. ONLY drawback is its not very powerlifter friendly lol. Dumbbells only go to 75, and there is no actual squat rack. Only Smith machines there. Also no straight bar deadlifts or hex bar deadlifts option. But very good for isolation workouts and cardio. Really great vibe there tho. If ur looking to get BACK into shape and not be surrounded by Titians, Gods, and Amazons then this places is for you and I mean that as sincerely as possible. Free training for members and giveaways. And they're nation wide, so if you travel ur golden. Just do it

Cool place. Joined for tanning and massage chairs because they're open 24 hours and I'm a day sleeper usually. I work out sometimes and the equipment is very easy to use. I feel comfortable here always!

Under staffed!! (8:40 pm on a Thursday!) No way to scan your card by yourself so there was a line of about 10 people just to get in. 1 staff was busy with a new contract the other arguing with a member who hadn't paid in months. Waited 30 min with several others in another line for black card perks, (hydro massage and tan). Then, when one staff addressed me she said no hydros were available, I'd have to wait. I could see in the hydro room, they were all empty!?! Nobody on the list?! I walked out not able to get the services I pay for as a long time PAYING black card member. Awful experience!

One of the better PF's I've been too! Hot showers with plenty of room! Wish every PF had showers like this one. Friendly staff, very clean throughout, GREAT stretching area with plenty of room. Only one negitive, there is none, zero countertop space to set shaving/toothpaste/lotion ect on. Someone decided to go fancy instead of practical. Please consider that many PF goers go to work after a workout & need to clean up first or are traveling & this is home for the day. Gym's don't need fancy countertops. Overall an above average Planet Fitness.

I LOVE this gym, best one I've ever been too. So worth the monthly fees- as long as you take advantage of the amenities and go often.
I have the Black Card membership- $22 a month, with automatic payments. They get posted on the 10th and come out the 17th each month. With this card you get to use the hydro massage- DO IT. It feels great after a hard work out, you lay on an inclined bed and warm water is jetted to your body. You can adjust it as needed.
The bathrooms are clean, and the equipment is well taken care of. Nice, clean, no judgement gym- well except the staff.
The staff here haven't heard of customer service. They're not there to hold your hand, but regardless they should be friendly. Honestly, they acted like they couldn't be bothered to talk to a fat person. Were unfriendly and crabby.
However this place is still getting a great review and stars from me because the staff aren't enough to make you not want to come back. You go to a gym to be healthy and work on yourself, and this is the perfect place to. Doesn't matter what size you are, you're welcome here.
If you're thinking of joining a gym- look no further this place is awesome.
Go check it out, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I love Planet Fitness. Even when the (rather large) parking lot is packed it doesn't seem to crowded inside. They have a wide range of exercise equipment for people at all levels. There is a self guided 30 minute work out that I like. It seems to be very popular with college age people. The locker rooms are large and clean. They have showers available although I have never used them. You can purchase sports drinks and snacks near the front desk. The employees are always nice and helpful. The music they play is good and they have a good number of easily visable televisions, not only on the wall but also on some treadmills. Overall a great place!

This particular location was extremely cleaned and the staff was friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and assist me with setting up a specific workout that is catered to me.

I go at night less people. The staff there is very helpful and nice. Clean equipment and plenty of space. Showers and locker rooms very clean. Love this gym

Staff is always friendly. I've seen the staff clean equipment here frequently as well. Bathroom is always clean. It is open 24 hours/7 days.

Love this gym.. Low key and friendly. I would like shampoo/soap to be provided in the showers, and towels while working out would be nice,, but overall, very satisfied.
