Great place for beginners. This is a zero tolerance for judging zone. We all started at ground zero.
This is a great gym with awesome coaching! You can tell that the owner(s) really care about their members through the coaches. Another great perk is the condition they keep their equipment, it gets replaced often enough and is organized. I only hope to find a box as good as this when I have to move in the future!
You gotta try it out! I never lifted a weight in my life and at 37 years old thought I'd give it a try. Almost 5yrs later I have never looked back! I can do push ups, pull ups, rope climbs and movements I never thought possible. Aside from the physical results it's the coaches and community of super encouraging people that also keep me coming back! CrossFit Springfield is where it's at for fitness, fun and friends!

Crossfit Springfield is amazing! Great coaches and positive environment! Over the past 7 years they always find ways to constantly improve the workout and the experience for members!
This is a great gym with quality coaches and equipment, challenging wod's and competitions, they offer a wide variety of classes, and a great community to work out with.
Crossfit Springfield is a wonderful place! Excellent classes, with well thought out wods! The coaches at CFS are wonderful. They are welcoming and will work to teach you proper form to help develop you as an athlete. The best thing about CFS is the community of encouraging, wonderful people you get to workout with each day! I have been a CFS member for 2 years and truly enjoy my time at the gym each day!
Nice welcoming atmosphere. Athletes at all levels of fitness. Showers, childcare, WODs seven days a week, locally owned by great people. Saw results within two weeks going 5x per week. I highly recommend this gym.

CFS is a family, not just a great place to workout. Yes crossfit can be intimidating, but walking in the door was the toughest part, once you step foot in Crossfit Springfield you will never feel uncomfortable. The programming is great and there is something for every level of person.

Great programming and a lot of available classes
This might sound ridiculous but we based our new home search on two things: kids school district, and proximity to Crossfit Springfield... We have been with CFS over 5 years and counting. Everyday is a new challenge, a new experience, a new day to connect with friendly coaches and members who push you on a daily basis. We love this place... happy to call it our "home" gym.
Can't find a better crossfit or overall a place to workout. Great people, equipment, and atmosphere.
This has been my "home gym" for over 5 years, and although you might not be able to tell by the physical results, it's been a saving grace through a time of tremendous change in my life, not the least of which is hitting my 40's. I view many of the coaches and staff as family, and am lucky to count them among friends. Plenty of quality equipment, quality coaching and a great atmosphere

I've been going to this gym for almost 3 years now but back in April I had a baby and it's taken me a while to make my way back but the past couple weeks I've finally come back and I have to say that I have never felt more at home in any type of building besides my actual home in my life! Jeremy and everyone else there, even the people I don't know are so encouraging and that is much needed for this first time mama!
This is a great Gym, the coaches there are extremely knowledgeable and caring. The ownership are always around and easy to talk to. The relationships that I have made there have carried throughout all aspects of my life, not just my gym.
