When you think of gyms you go blindly in most of the time having no idea what to do. You have people waking through not really there to assist but to clean machines and weights while they judge you. Then you get on a eliptical or treadmill and do whatever then leave feeling like you have worked out. Then you can pay an outrageous amount of money for someone to be a personal trainer not working with you directly but give you work outs to do. I have found Conquer nutrition and fitness is the exception to the rule. This is a place of not just a workout but a place of structured improvement to include full body workouts and nutritional assistance to attain goals. See is passionate about health and wellness. He lets you know every statistic and tracks your progress. Working with others or by yourself he told me he is committed to getting me to my goals and I have lost in two separate occasions over 60 pounds. I've tried every way doing it myself however it's been an exercise in futility. I gained weight and spent time in the hospital and today I am in better health and working on my goals. I am 28 pounds away from my goal. This is not just a gym this is a place of wellness and fitness. A place you can relax and work to get your goals accomplished. With someone that cares about your well being and will work with you to accomplish your goals by yourself or in a group of people that all cheer you on and motivate each other. I love this place and enjoy working out there.
