They are supportive genuine and very educated in training for all needs.
Rude and disrespectful. Many food safety violations. They stand people up for appointments. A total waste of your money in my opinion. Also if you let them know that you're annoyed they threaten you with attorneys so that's lovely. Just very unprofessional and I would steer clear.
