The facilities are always clean and staff is constantly walking around cleaning and refilling the cleaning stations. People keep to themselves and the staff are always friendly. The use of the hydro massage beds and tanning beds are a plus, and they are kept clean as well.

Great location and new machines but they should really clean those showers once in a while it looked really dirty. There was four employees doing nothing by the front desk and showers were not cleaned for days.

Love this gym! The staff are always friendly and helpful they make you feel welcomed. Very clean and a uplifting environment. Love it!

Never got my t-shirt. In addition to that you have to come in person to cancel the membership. Came in person and guess what, the computers are down. They refuse to cancel the membership because supposedly I have to sign a paperwork and the computers can't work properly. Bunch of teenagers in the front desk and they don't know which way is up. Never, ever again. This company is a joke. 30 minutes waiting and a round trip from home with no results!!!

Absolutely love this Planet Fitness! The tanning beds are absolutely amazing from levels 3-5 with multiple bronzing beds! Their equipment is awesome and you cannot beat their prices!

Pleasant atmosphere and such friendly staff.Very clean gym and so many different types of equipment to choose from.I can tan,use massage chairs etc.It is a very comfortable environment and I look forward to going to gym every single day.I love Planet Fitness.

I love this gym. They have tanning , free weights, equipment to use , massage chairs . Nice showers and a big locker room and it is really clean for the most part ..

I love working out here! There is everything I could possibly need to workout, and everything is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly, especially Shelby! The black membership is so worth it, the tanning and massage beds are amazing as well

Great place!! Super friendly staff! Everything is clean and well kept!! 100/10 would recommend! Great prices and environment!! Massage beds and tanning beds are AMAZING as well as the equipment! I highly suggest coming here. Sierra and Rosa are the best of the best!

Best gym I have ever been a member at. Great service. Clean machines. No judgements. The workers at the front are always the best! Sierra is always helpful. Highly recommend this gym over any other.

I am so glad I signed up with Planet Fitness as my gym. I have been going for a month now and the staff has been nothing shy of amazing. They are all friendly and are also willing to give you advice on eating habits and also best workout routines. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. I go 4 times a week and will continue for a long time!

I personally like planet fitness. I complete both cardio and weightlifting circuits almost every time I go. They are adding a few more machines and shifting others around. I think they have a good selection for the larger muscle groups.
Lately the paper towels have been running out and not being refilled quickly, which can be dishearting and some of the staff walks around talking on their cell phones.
I love that it is 24 hours and a large facility. At least one of their staff members is always cleaning. The only thing I would change would be to put an outdoor track on the lot next to it.

Asst. manager Mari, shouldn't be looking down texting when someone's walking in to check in, not lifting her head up to acknowledge my presence. I would've walked past the desk, straight into the men's locker room without checking in, but I wanted my rewards points. Later, she was on her phone, appearing to be on a personal call, near the outside doors. Eric, should never have shared confidential information about an employee who was recently fired, telling me all the details. If employees have nothing better to do than deal with their Smartphones or gossip, maybe they need to work elsewhere. As far as working out at the gym, I'm glad I go in the late morning or early afternoon. I worked out there once around 6pm, and it's a zoo. Lazy planet people spend more time working out their fingers texting while hogging machines, while people like me wait, rather than getting any part of their bodies in shape. One can't complain that the machines aren't clean, contributed by planet members who might as well splash the cleanser onto the machines, rather than spraying them lightly and drying them off so the next person doesn't have to soak in them.. Other than that, the staff overall is friendly, and the atmosphere is basically laid back.

If I can reach that prior employee, it might result in a settlement from the company for him. As far as working out at the gym, I'm glad I go in the late morning or early afternoon. I worked out there once around 6pm, and it appears that lazy planet people spend more time working out their fingers texting while hogging machines than getting any part of their bodies in shape. One can't complain that the machines aren't clean, contributed by inconsiderate planet members who might as well splash the cleanser onto the machines, rather than spraying them lightly and drying them off like they're supposed to. Maybe they should try sitting in the soaked machine after cleaning it and see if they like it. Other than that, the staff overall is friendly, and the atmosphere is basically laid back.

I have been a member of PF for several yrs and would not recommend anyone joining the Mid Rivers, St; Peters Club. It is so warm in there that it is hard to workout. When I ask the manager to turn up the fans, he stated that he got in trouble for doing that, but would see what he could do. Also all of the TV's are on the same channel and they are all behind the treadmills and stair masters. I've never seen a gym change employees like that place does.

Very very clean, definitely the first thing I noticed when I went to check it out. Not over crowded even during peak times, great rates, I can bring a friend each time and they have a ton of amenities to offer. Staff is very nice, they greet everyone when they come in but even better is how on top of cleaning they are. Most of the time there's usually someone floating around wiping equipment, turning tv's off, refilling spray bottles etc. Keep up the great work!

I have been working out here for over a year. The gym is always clean and staff is always friendly and it's hours are a true 24/7. It might be a little limited compared to a full service gym with aerobic classes & childcare, but that is known up front. I find it a great value for my $20/month as I do take advantage of the massage chair and hydro beds.
