Awesome gym. Always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Definitely a good small business and they even support our first responders!

Super clean (minus those that don't wipe down after themselves). The owner is very nice and hospitable. He learns everyone's name and motivates them. Love it here.

As of this month, I've been a member of this gym for a year. I started coming here at a very rough patch in my life & this place has become an escape where I can focus on my well-being & take care of myself. I take fitness very seriously, it's a huge part of my life, & as such I spend quite a bit of time here. I love it...
It's always clean--I see the staff thoroughly cleaning every single day. The other members are friendly & respectful, & I've made some friends here. I very rarely have to wait for equipment but when I do it's only about as long as it takes to do another set of something else, nothing like the big globo-gyms where you're lucky to find any available machines during peak times. Kevin, the owner, & Kyle, a trainer, both are always friendly to members, greeting people by name when they come in, making them feel welcome, & encouraging everyone to have a great workout, even sharing jokes. They are both very helpful too, always willing to show how new equipment works. The equipment in this facility is varied, well taken care of, & modern. When I walk through the door, because of the upbeat & positive atmosphere, I know I'm going to get a great workout in. I can't sing enough praise for this place.

This is a great gym. Lots of friendly people, the owner is awesome, and I never feel uncomfortable, even though I certainly don't go enough. The trainers are awesome too. Available if you need them and want to spend a little extra, but not pushy at all. Other gyms the trainers seem more like used car salesmen.

Best decision to kick my butt back into shape. Mandy Kortkamp is a great trainer and pushes you beyond what you think you limit is.

Awesome place to work out with out being labeled. Excellent family style atmosphere and Tracy Scott my trainer is awesome.

First and foremost, big shout out to Kevin. He made signing up way too easy, was friendly and welcoming, and maintains a beautiful facility. From the machines to the bathrooms everything is well maintained, tidy, and clean. You'd be hard pressed to find a better gym with someone as professional and welcoming than Kevin.
