Great place to get your workout on!! They keep it fun and mix it up!! Highly recommend any one that needs motivation to give them a try!!

This is the facility I've been looking for! The workouts are dynamic and breath focused. They are accessibly challenging. Drew and the other trainers are the bees knees, each offering something unique. The space is beautiful! Do yourself a favor and check out Flowstate! You will not regret it!
We dropped in unexpectedly, only to be greeted warmly by Drew. The class size was intimate, which was nice = he was able to pay attention to each athlete. Having never used clubs before, it was a fun opportunity to try something new. Combing this with body weight movement, balance, and some kettlebell made for a solid movement routine. The instructions were clear and encouraging. Overall it was a workout that woke you up and sent you out feeling better :) So fun! If you enjoy moving your body in creative and challenging ways, particularly beyond the traditional gym scheme...or if you think that sounds intriguing, give Flowstate a visit.
I would definitely recommend checking out Flowstate for training in St. Louis.
Kettlebells, Steel Maces, Indian Clubs, Crawling, Jumping, and many other creative and practical movements are part of the program. I was able to improve form, knowledge, mobility and strength while training here. Drew's attention to recovery, balance, and breathwork is also very beneficial.
