One of the most effective body training systems I have ever done. Gives me the biggest rush and my arms and shoulders have never looked better

Fantastic instructors, and really fun members. I'm not usually one to enjoy working out, but they're very good at teaching Tang Soo Do in an engaging way. It's a lot of fun, and people of all ages are there learning along side you. Everyone is willing to help out if you are having trouble understanding a concept too!

As a student, the instructors have always encouraged me to set goals outside of my own expectations. In 3 weeks, I will marry one of my instructors. Expectations met.

Great work outs, fun classes, cordial atmosphere. Great karate school that practices Korean Tang Soo Do under the Cheezic Tang Soo Do federation. Classes run Mondays and Thursdays from from 7:30pm-9:00pm in MPR#1 in the Simon Rec. Center.

Traditional Korean dojang teaching Tang Soo Do under the Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation. I learned karate there while a SLU student and couldn't be happier with my experience. Like me, you'll come to learn kicks and punches, but you'll stay because of the great people you'll meet. Tang Soo!

SLU Karate has the best instructors and people you could find at a martial arts school. Everyone is very helpful and willing to work with you no mater what your previous experience or discipline is. It's so much fun and I've gained so much experience in only a year. SLU Karate is definitely my favourite thing about Saint Louis University.
