Awesome experience, classes are fun and will definitely get you toned. Staff is courteous and professional.
Designed really well and much better than many gym to be honest. Think about a gym by how clean it is. Spotless. Helpful staff lots of equipment too..Good service

I am a recent college graduate that played lacrosse and soccer most of my life. Moving home, I was anxious about the lack of structure in my fitness routine until I found Fitness Formula. I leave every single workout feeling stronger and happier than ever. You MUST check them out!

Tiny space, rude owner, sub-par equipment. Edit: there's been a response to my review that I feel validates my appraisal. "Your review couldn't be more invalid" is a fantastic way to show someone they are heard and appreciated. I stand by my review, of course any equipment can be appropriate for the right user. I find a cramped space with only a Smith machine not useful. I did meet the owner, he was rude. I stand by that as well. Edit 2: I can't believe I'm having a conversation in Google reviews. Ulterior motive? Really? I travel to STL on business several times a year, I need a gym. I've been to many in your town and they all surpass yours. Want group training? Go to Orange Theory down the road and skip dealing with this guy. Want CrossFit or strength training? Go to the Lab.

I've really enjoyed working out at the Fitness Formula so far! Every time I go I know it's going to be a challenging but fun workout. I love the heart rate monitor component and the connection with the phone app that helps you track progress. There's also a ton of variety in the workouts and the trainers are more than happy to work with you and make modifications. The staff are amazing and clearly want to help everyone in working toward their goals. The facility is great as well. It's definitely worth trying out!

Let me stand locked out in the cold next to the Holiday Inn and then were pompous to me about how I could have got back into the hotel through a locked door.
Tried it out on Class Pass and now I've been back twice.
Really enjoy the workout, and like the fact that they have a 515am class, so I can get my workout in early.
It will be part of my regular monthly routine for sure
I've had a great experience at Fitness Formula. The classes are challenging but so much fun. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. It's not a traditional gym, but in my opinion it's much better. The group classes remind me a bit of other circuit training/WOD gyms I've gone to in the past...and I think it creates a nice group dynamic that is often missing at larger/more traditional gyms. Lastly, I'm really happy that they introduced me to working out with a heart rate monitor. I'm addicted now...I love the immediate feedback. Overall, I think it is a pretty good bang for your buck, especially if you compare it to small group personal training as opposed to group fitness classes (in my opinion there is a big difference).
I've had an amazing experience at Fitness Formula so far! I actually look forward to working out for the first time in my life. I just couldn't find the motivation to be consistent at other gyms I've belonged to in the past. This place is so different! The staff is welcoming and attentive, the equipment is all brand new, and the place is spotless. It motivates me to workout in a group and the heart rate monitor let's me know exactly how hard to work. I like seeing my hard work pay off on the big screens in the studio! It's a different workout everyday and always challenging, but I feel energized afterwards! The trainers have been able to work around a shoulder problem I've had for years and modify the workout for my shoulder along with the fact that I was starting from ground zero! Ive been going consistently for about two months now and I'm already down 10 lbs! I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend!
Can't say enough about FF in the CWE. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and fun! FF is the perfect combination of cardio and strength that keeps me engaged the entire time. Great facilities too!
