Attended $7 Tuesday class instructed by Bryce ,I immediately felt the effects of the workout ,he was very helpful with your form ,not pushy you go at your own level ,me being a beginner lol,will defenitely go back for boxing nd weight lifting class
New Era Fitness and Bryce Mitchell, the owner, are fantastic. I'm relatively new to fitness and have a great deal to learn. I try to fit in as many of his group fitness classes as possible. Bryce is a fantastic teacher. He ensures that you are doing each exercise correctly, but also encourages you through out the whole process. He also pushes you and makes you do more than you thought you were capable of doing. If you want to learn how to take care of your body this is the place to be.
The best place to be if you need motivation and positive vibes. My endurance is growing and my body is in the best shape! Thank you Bryce!
Bryce, the owner, and his crew are Outstanding, Motivating and inspiring team! They provide great energy and complete attention to you and your bodies needs gor overall fitness. With their encouraging enthusiasm they are able to excite the non-believer in you and make the believer in you shine through! During my session I learned techniques that transformed my life for the better! Gratitude to you and your team for igniting the spark in my to jump back in to cross fit training, at 44 yrs old, the possibilities are endless.

Simply put I love working with Bryce Mitchell of New Era Fitness. He is very professional and his classes are very inviting. You dont have to be the most fit to fit in. I get to do strength training, agility, relay race fun, boxing all while laughing and having fun. Bryce offers information to help with nutrition. Bryce loves what he does and the people he works with... this is why I go back... he's genuine and I love the classes.
