A comfortable, inventive and customer focused gym. I would suggest it to anyone who lives near or on Main street in St Charles MO. They carry everything you need to make the most out of every workout. A great place to go and build the better you.

Love love love this place! Great staff and relaxed atmosphere! Andy is amazing! Can't say enough about him. He makes this chunky monkey feel like she can take on the world! No intimidation. No judgment. Leighton and Mike are pretty amazing, too... even when they kick my butt with the workout! Thank you all so much!

This gym is perfect for everyone! Friendly staff and very attentive you all of your needs. You'll never feel out of place at MSG! I highly recommend you check it out!

I really like this place. My personal trainer was Alison and she helped me create a workout routine centered on my needs. It is open 24/7, but the staff is not there past 8 p.m., so if you've signed up online, you need to go during business hours to get your card. It's very clean, and all the employees are very friendly. They have multiple free classes throughout the week.
