The workout facilities were decent enough but when I cancelled the employee said the payment just taken from my checking would be the last payment... then they took another payment a month later. If you plan on leaving then give them at least 45-60 days otherwise they'll hit your account again.
Not bad place to work out. Becoming a bit crowded and could use a few updates.
This is my favorite Club Fitness. I primarily lift weights, and this one is usually not too busy, but most importantly the weight area is spaced out really well. There's room for you to breathe, and that is very important when you're moving heavy weights around. I've been to 4 or 5 club fitness gyms, and this is my favorite so far.

I have used this location two times. Once in 2012 when I was a high school student and 5 years later in 2017. This location is not only dirty, but outdated and their business model is to scam people. Pay 10 dollars a month? Quit anytime? No.. It's $10.90 a month, plus they charge "member fees". every year. for $43. I only wanted a place with a treadmill close to home and instead I got a headache. You can't cancel your membership easily, if you cancel prematurely there is a fee. On top of the money rouse, they have no Wi-Fi and try their hardest to make it impossible to cancel without getting additional charges and fees.
I left the country for a year and wanted no charges to my account while I was abroad and not using their gym. Since canceling is such a nightmare I froze my account. Planning to start again when I returned to the states. Well guess what? They can't do that! Account freezes only last 3 months and they charge you anyway! So I'm overseas and see monthly charges and 43 dollar fees! Never again will I give club fitness another dime and strongly recommend everyone to go to a better gym that doesnt scam people. It should be simple. No contract, no legal battle to cancel membership, and be able to accommodate their patrons. But no. This dirty hole in the wall gym wants people to never stop paying once you join. Never again.

I was scammed! I was told I could cancel my membership before 90 days was up with zero membership fee charge. That was a lie, not only will I be charged the annual membership fee, they will also charge me for another month. I only came to this run down gym with crappy machines because I was told I would be paying a certain amount. Today I learned I could have gone to a much nicer PLANET FITNESS with massage chairs and tanning for the exact same price. I called corporate two different times and both times their answer was "it was in your agreement you signed." What I am told when I sign up and what actually happens should be the same thing! It's a scam! I only used this gym for the 3 months I was in town from college. I should not be paying $80 for 3 months of use. Don't go here.

I like the people who work there and work out there, but if it wasn't for that & convenience I wouldn't go there. Most run down gym that I've seen in the chain. Sure wish they'd devote some resources to Ofallon, top 5 largest city in the state!
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this gym! The location, the staff, GREAT! BUT...big BUT...it's dirty, dirty, dirty. What gym isn't. Right? Well, I've picked up the mats and had roaches running from them as I did. I think if they could just give this place a little love it could be amazing. Why is this club fitness the least loved by the company? I've been to the other O'Fallon location and to the Chesterfield location. I've seen the brand new Wentzville location. You can tell they work hard as those locations to make it nice. This is like the forgotten gym. I will continue going as I have for years (unless it gets much worse). The staff is super nice, the people are nice and the equipment, although older, is actually great as well. I just hope that someday soon they might paint the walls, put in new carpet (or maybe hire a company to come clean the carpet that is already there at least) and just give the space itself a little TLC.
