Absolutely LOVE this place! I am a beginner in yoga and I was very nervous to get started. I feel so comfortable here, the atmosphere is amazing! I am already seeing great results both physically and mentally. Oh and the tea is awesome! Definitely a great treasure in Down Town Lees Summit!

I have always been an ice tea drinker but never much into the hot teas. Decided to try some of the loose leaf teas and believe I am hooked. I have not had a cup of coffee for over a week and must say I have not missed it. I especially like the Spring Oolong and looking forward to trying more. The cup with the infuser is great for brewing just one cup of tea. I live in Wichita, KS and appreciate being able to order and receive my tea so quickly. My next visit to Lee's Summit I will certainly pay a visit the store. Wish I was close enough to take the chair yoga class.

I am new to yoga and the instructors are so helpful and so pleasant. I am new to the tea world but love the varieties! Kristi is so knowledgeable of them all. Hooked on the classes and the tea!

I went to the deep stretch with tea meditation while visiting family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great instructors and wonderful tea.
