I joined Time 2 Change Fitness over 4 years ago and I absolutely love it. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. Workouts are switched up frequently so I never get bored. I continue to see positive results.
I am in my second year at Time 2 Change and have made so much progress. I started there because I really needed to regain lost strength from about 2 years of not working out. I am much stronger now, the workouts are fun and Justin is right there to keep you going. You accomplish a lot in the 45 minute workouts.

I highly recommend Time2 Change Fitness for Women.!!! Justin Cantwell is an awesome personal trainer! He is knowledgeable and very passionate about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. I recently started back at T2C because working with Justin has given me the best results compared to other facilities. Give it a try, you will be happy with your results!
The workouts are short but tough. 45 minutes of cardio and strength training with a personal trainer and no more than 6 ladies per class. There are so many class times that I have no excuse not to make it to a class 3-4 days each week. I love that the workouts change each week, no getting bored with the same thing all the time. Justin is very knowledgeable on all the exercises and can easily sub an exercise for you if needed. It's super clean- no weird gym smells and it's a positive environment to be in.
Of all the gyms I have joined, this is the best! The program is personally designed for each person, but working out with other women makes it more fun. Justin is very encouraging and motivational. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to feel stronger and meet new friends.
Time 2 Change has made me healthier and more independent. The staff are wonderful. They tailor the workouts to our fitness level, they give us healthier eating tips, and they change the workouts every week. I can now lift 40 pounds of dog food and potting soil without the help of my husband.
I love working out at T2C! I just spent the last two months lifting bags of mulch, rock and top soil without any problem. I have gained so much strength and stamina in the last six months, now people have trouble keeping up with me! Also, the nutrition advice I have received has not only helped me to shed some unwanted pounds, but has also helped to eliminate some of the aches and pains I had come to associate with aging.
I am not a guru when it comes to comparing gyms but have had a membership here and there at your typical walk in 24 hour gyms and never stuck with it. Time 2 Change is your "outside of the box" gym. Not only are the trainers top notch and keep you accountable but they focus on each member. The group sessions mixed with cardio and weight training have been well thought out and change every week so you don't get bored plus different muscles are challenged all the time. I also love the friendships I have made with other members. We are all at different levels and ages but we are family. I am in the start of my 4th year... yes 4 years at the same gym every single week! As some of us have said.. "we are lifers here!"
