I love the space at Nella yoga! Iits not decorated like any other yoga studio you go into. There is hand painted art of beautiful brown human fuigures on the walls bursting with color and psycadelic patterns.
I took a night vinyasia flow class and with the lights so low it really gets me in the mood to meditate. The vibe she creates is so light and fun and welcoming to all! The class its self was gentle with short strength challenges.
Back in january I attended her moon manfiestation night. Nella knows her stuff and how to share it simply so her students can take the spiritual knowlege with them after they leave. Thanks so much Nella!

Nella Yoga and Shanell are the beat thi ga to happen to me in several years. Shanells' a joy to be around and her yoga classes are challenging, all the while gratifying. I can already tell a huge difference in my flexibility. I sing her praises every time I get the chance. I've done yoga for years at home, however, I've never had proper instruction. This is my first experience at a true yoga studio and I am very happy that I discovered this jewel.
