This was my first real massage experience. My son gave one as a birthday gift years ago, and while it helped some, the experience was not something I looked forward to repeating. My youngest discovered this place and bought me a gift certificate several months back. Since my only previous experience was so awful, I did not look forward to going, but my daughter kept pestering me to go...
I can honestly tell you from the bottom heart, this was incredible! Heather delivered the most amazing experience of my life!
I told her where I hurt and not having experienced a good massage. She listened. She communicated and made the pain I experience so much less right now.
If you are looking for a place to really give an amazing healing experience, THIS IS IT!!
I drove from Blue Springs to KC and will again. It is worth the drive!!!

I attended the Solar Flow yoga class - followed by a 60 minute massage - & overall it was a VERY satisfying experience!
It was my first time at Sage and I felt very welcomed! The space is very calming with a soothing & positive energy.
Heather was my massage therapist & she was phenomenal. She was genuine, professional, personable and was highly intentional with my massage. She was able to read where my body was holding tension & focus on that area.
I will 100% be returning for more yoga & services!

Caring place and gentle chiropractic. There is street parking only, so plan ahead, arrive early and give yourself additional 30 minutes for an initial visit. Ayurveda knowledge is helpful for improving health and that is one of my reasons for visiting. I plan to return only for Ayurveda massage and treatments.

I've been seeing Whitney for awhile for chiropractic and absolutely love it. She's helped me a ton and I'd recommend anyone with back pain to go! All staff is very friendly too.

Amazing facility. To say this place is relaxing is an understatement. I had no idea a place like this existed in KC. The experience was amazing. I saw Angie for Visceral massage and there are no words to explain how something so effective can feel so good. She has the midas touch! If you need self care...Run...don't walk to Sage. Show up early and relax before the appt. I can find a reason to return once a month. Invest in yourself! They have thought of everything to help you do that. Be well!!

I am grateful Kansas City has bragging rights to this Heartland Gem! From the brilliant yoga instructors, to the wise-beyond-their-years Ayurvedic doctors, massage therapists, and estheticians... from the moment you enter the gilded space to the food bar filled with deliciously nourishing snacks and beverages, Sage Center is a mecca of healing *AND* art.
If you are the least bit inclined to explore yoga and other Ayurvedic healing arts, this is the place that will set the bar high! If you are already highly discerning in your self-care rituals and yoga practice, you will not find better in the Kansas City area.

We love it here! My entire family goes here to see both Sara and Whitney! you leave there feeling calm and relaxed, I can not say enough good about this place! I recommend this place to anyone with back pain. Their Chai latte is great too!!
