The instructors are kinds and knowledgeable. The studio is clean and smells fresh. I enjoyed the classes that I took at this location.
Been coming here off and on for years, used to be my favorite place to be and unwind. I am not like all of you, I cannot come inside from a 90 degree + humidity day and be put in a room with other hot sweaty bodies, and and expected to move at a fast pace and " breathe " how can anyone manage? No one complains, and no one seems to care about the opinion of 1 person. They used to offer an array of classes fit to everyone's abilities and schedule. Well I have been in a car accident with the past year and hurt my back so I can't take your sculpt classes anymore and the only other class you offer c2 has become as hot as what HPF USED be... it's ridiculous, the ONLY non heated class occures during 1:30 , when MOST people work during the day, how am I supposed to make it to the only non heated class you offer at such an inconvenient time, and then tell me you have no control over it... you can control the temperature.. I'm tired of dishing out money to be miserable, this is not relaxing and mindful. Its awful
The classes are challenging and fun, the instructors are very good at what they do and provide hands-on adjustments where appropriate. Lora, the manager, is absolutely amazing. Her and all of the instructors try to make a point of learning your name and a little bit about what you are hoping to achieve with the classes. They make the whole experience very personalized and if you go regularly, almost like an extended family or support group for yoga and life health :)

I really enjoyed the last 2 classes. Maria is an amazing instructor! I come from a Baptiste Power Yoga studio in San Antonio and I am a Power Yoga Instructor as well. I would love to see them speak more to breath and proper alignment so people can really get deep in posture. Maria did it for me and she was vet good at assisting me in getting deep into my bends and twist. Overall I really enjoyed the customer services and teachers staying after for feedback and questions. Last thjng... lavender towels were the best! Will have to do that at one of my classes!

very nice and clean facility with awesome instructors that are very accommodating to beginners like me!
The instructors were so encouraging, engaged and really motivating! I loved the music especially, not your typical yoga music :-) In addition, I liked how at the beginning of class there was a "mantra" for the class and it was talked about throughout the class. It's a perfect balance for your physical and mental health.

Loved my first class at CorePower Yoga. Will definitely be back! :)
Put simply: this place changed my life. I have loved yoga since I first tried a vinyasa flow class in 2011. But this studio gave me so many options for classes, times, and instructors, I had no excuse to not go to a class. I started with C1 and gradually moved to more advanced classes. I discovered Sculpt and it (along with diet) helped me lose 30 pounds and keep it off. I'm at over 200 classes as a black tag member and I have never regretted the membership fees. WORTH IT.
I've stepped in yoga classes all over the city and Core Power Yoga on the plaza consistently has great instructors lead great classes. Everyone is concerned with their own experience so I didn't feel self-conscious being curvier. A great yoga home [if you can handle the heat!]
