Don't know where it's at have never been there
My husband goes here because St Luke's hospital closed and tore down their gym where we both had our membership. My experience as a spouse at KU has been a negative one. It started that if my husband was there I was welcomed to come in and wait for for him. I was also welcomed to use the restroom while I was waiting for him. The last time we were there together I went in to use use the restroom they told me that I couldn't use the restroom because I don't have a membership there. (I am a 70 yr old with an overactive bladder and I also walk with a cane and have servers back injury from an accident) I was told I would have to walk over to a different building to use the restroom there. Any one who has that issue with AOB knows that by the you get there you would be soak with urine . These "people" DID NOT CARE they were not going to let me in. After much fussing they finally let me use the necessary room but by then my pad was over flowing and my underwear was soaked. I have talked to my friends and family regarding this and we all have agreed that when it comes to going there we won't be. The senior ABUSE and HARASSMENT was uncalled for and unnecessay I just needed to use the restroom.

Hey it is a gym and it is paid for with our student fees so I cannot complain. Staff is always wonderful. Pool is always chilly (wakes me up!!). They have a lot of monthly activities which are great if you are a bit lost on what to do with a routine.

They canceled my appointment without telling me so I got up got dressed and went to the appointment that I would not be seen for and I got the joy of rescheduling in person instead of over the phone.

The machines are filthy, they need to do a better job of keeping it clean.

I've come here twice for the Race to Nowhere. It seems like a top notch facility. I looked into joining but it's way too expensive.
I and my friends visit this gym on a regular basis. Usually, we attend classes like HIIT and Spinning. Every day at this place is a special experience.
This is an excellent gym. It's not flashy, but it has great amenities and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The staff is extremely professional and friendly, they have a huge array of equipment and classes.
