Small, very small and an old building.
The Family Atmosphere and Amazing Staff. An excellent place to work on fitness goals.
Monthly membership fees much higher than you would anticipate for a place that hasn't been updated in 30ish years.
This is a good place to take your kids
The have a decent amount of treadmills & Elipticles but, The free weights aren't exactly female friendly. The Showers don't have a shelf or anything to put your stuff on but they do have a private hot tub, steam too, and sauna in the ladies locker room. Its not terrible but definitely not as nice as the newer YMCA's
You are not going to have brand new state of the art equipment here but you will have everything you need to get a good workout here. It can get crowded after everyone gets off work.

Very comfortable to workout at this facility. Staff is always very supportive. I absolutely enjoy the fact they have sauna,steamroom & whirlpool / hot tub in the ladies locker room. Very personable. Only wish they could find the funds to reopen the indoor pool.
Everyone that works there is always very nice and friendly. I go to Sally's spin class every monday. She is an amazing insrtuctor. You can tell she enjoys what she does!!!
