Great gym! Love the staff. It is always clean and tidy. The black card benefits are worth the extra few bucks. The hydromassage is amazing! If you are looking for a gym that is always open this is the place to go.

I always have a great time going to the gym. Everyone is so friendly and equipment is easy to use. If anything, my only complaint is the hours. I wish I had a 24-hour Center closer to my house.

Amazing staff, my wife and I have been going here for 7 months and whether day or night they great you with a smile. They respond quickly if equipment needs to be attended to and are quick to improve the member experience. Thanks Planet Fit for a job well done.

The machines were in great shape. One lousy loudmouth made it uncomfortable for a while. He was so loud, could not block him out even with my Headphones on full blast.

Just stated back. Gym has recently been remodled. New equipment and more variety. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Facility very clean.

Not a bad location. Machinery seems a little older than some other KC area locations. Still in great condition. The layout here is nice with separate areas for body parts. The black card relaxation area is vert nice. The staff is great and very helpful.

I've only been here as a guest but it really is a nice place. The employees are very kind & will help you out & answer any questions that you need help with. The equipment works incredibly & you can get a great work out from them

Love the staff just a great environment all in all! I go workout with my daughter and massage and then tan.We make a day out of it.I never thought I would enjoy working out so much! Thanks Planet Fitness..

Very large center with lots of treadmills and workout equipment. This place had something for everyone. I really enjoyed my time working out here. The staff is usually busy, but is quick to check you in.

Smaller gym with only 3 stand up beds but the staff is very very friendly and always working hard at keeping the gym fresh and clean!

Clean and has everything I need. Machines are in great condition. Only complaint is about other gym goers, not the gym its self. Some people don't like to wipe down their equipment. No one wants your dirty sweat. Clean up after yourself.

Wide variety of cardio machines. Cable weight systems are old and need maintenance, some stations have been down for weeks.
Relatively clean given the number of patrons

Love going to the gym. I love the atmosphere of planet fitness my only complaint is I wish they would hold up to the standards of clothing being worn. I don't really care to see women wearing stuff that doesn't cover them. Other than thought my favorite gym.

I decided to go here on Easter Sunday for a quick workout before dinner with my family. Little did I know this was one of the worst decisions I was ever going to make. Long story short I got a fungal infection from the equipment and am now dealing with a rash that has spread from my waist to my legs and up around both the front and back sides of my torso. This has been receiving treatment for just over a week and is finally just now starting to taper. Would not recommend this facility. Go elsewhere.

I usually go in the morning. The staff are kind and helpful. Especially Alexis. I wish the evening staff were as good.

I called to get my membership stop due to in between jobs they told me I had to come in person. So by the time I went to go they told me I had a balance that had to be paid off. Never told me that on the phone. So tried to work something out but she refused to stop my direct payment till paid off. She was kinda rude about it. So I told her when got back on my feet will get it straighten out and then restart it back up. But instead of being a little nicer I was upset and left. She had no heart at all. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was better then she was. So instead kept coming out of my account cause it a overdraft. Which now I owe more then it should be. Now I have no idea what I owe before I can go back. They need a better person there to talk to. It be nice to start up again

I like working out here, I go here all the time. It's usually kept fairly clean with functional equipment, nothing "out of order". I like how the have a rewards program where you earn points every time you check in. The only complaints I really have is that it gets really busy before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays, and a few of the benches are wobbly. They should open a 2nd PF in Independence.

I love that you are open 24-7 and have many types of workout venues to choose from filled with fully functioning equipment. The staff is always cheerful and accommodating.

Be careful! I'm on disability and get paid one a month and always make sure to have my membership dues available on the 16th as per my contract. Well thus morning I check my bank account (2-1-18) and I'm over drawn by 46$. They attempted to take the $ on the first !!! After talking to home gym got no help... I don't get paid till the 3rd and I'm sure I'll get another overdraft fee by then... I moved a year ago to Ga and have tried to cancel my contract at the end of my 1 year agreement it's impossible! My not seem like much to most but when your on a very low fixed income it's a lot..

The workout machines aren't exactly designed to get you into shape. At best, they serve as a way to burn calories or fat. Ending a contract is impossible, no matter how easy the employees say it is. Don't waste your money here when you can work out at home.

Great place to workout! Friendly staff. Only thing I would suggest is colder water in the water bottle fill up station and sell cheap headphones to people like me that always forget them lol

First day I was there was great. Got the black card. At night it took awhile to get someone to grant me access to the massage machines and tanning bed. So four stars. During the day its great.

I think that the employees of this location are more easy going and talkative than other locations I've visited. I also like the flow of the gym. Each piece of equipment makes sense next to one another.
I do wish these gyms, as a whole, were more focused on health and/or body transformations. Giving out bagels, pizza, and candy at a gym seems counterproductive.
So this place is a good starter gym I'd say.

Probably one of the better PF I have been to. Never over crowded, but can be busy. Free weights go up to about 75 pounds.
