Great atmosphere. There is lots of equipment and good classes! The locker room could use an upgrade. (wink wink)

It's cozy and has a more relaxed atmosphere than many larger gyms. Although smaller, they've made some excellent equipment choices, especially as applies to aerobic stuff. What they have covers the gamut of what you need to exercise the entire body - and there's enough of it that you generally don't have to wait for equipment. They're attentive to cleanliness and when a machine goes down they see to repairs in a timely manner; both attributes are very important to me. They also have group training classes, but I'm not sure of the types. Smoothie bar puts out a tasty product at a competitive price.

I love that the staff greet you and say goodbye when you leave! This is a no-frills gym, great for a quick workout during the day if you work downtown or nearby.

Great gym! I have been going here for over a year and love it! The staff are friendly, the other gym goers and fun and helpful, there is plenty of room to exercise and minimal wait time, and the facility is gorgeous! It doesn't hurt that its in a cool basement too. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get in/stay in shape.
